Which fee you are talking about? You will then see that amount added to your regular charges so your credit will cover that fee,

It does not "reduce the number of payments" just the cost of payments. you will still be stuck on a "24 month agreement"

Couldn't order until 9/11 in afternoon. Switching from Verizon to TMO.

When I chatted w TMO reps the 3 128gb iPhone 7's I was ordering (2 black, 1 rose gold) were shipping 9/15-16. The 128gb iPhone 7+ (black) in my order had a 10/11-10/23 ship date at that time.

Ordered while chatting; got my email confirmation with a 11/1-11/30 ship date for my entire order, lol. No individual shipping estimates per phone, just 1 ship date range.

Oh well. If that's the case, so be it. It's just a phone.

I tweeted T-Force on Twitter and had them look into it. I figured something was wrong as I never got the EIP emails and it has been four days. I didn't see the order in my account online either. Tweeted them, had them look into it, and they let me know.

I made a new order and then promptly phoned a contact in Executive Relations. They were able to prioritize my order, but I still likely won't get it Friday. I was told worst case scenario "early next week" which is just fine with me, better than end of the month/beginning of October.

So, to summarize:

My phone - ordered from Apple (7 Plus/128 GB/Black): Still on track for a 9/16 delivery, still yet to ship.

Grandpa's phone - ordered from T-Mobile (7/32 GB/Black): Shipped tonight. Will obviously be here 9/16 or possibly sooner if it slips through.

Mom's phone - ordered from T-Mobile (7/32 GB/Rose Gold): This was the messed-up order. Got it placed again tonight and prioritized. Worst case scenario it arrives a few days after Friday.

Cases for everybody are being delivered Wednesday from Apple and Best Buy. Apple Leather case for me, Tech21 case for Mom, Otterbox for Grandpa. They're all going to sit in the box until we get screen protectors applied. Hoping Apple has them in stock on Friday ready to install in those badass Belkin machines, but idk. Might be sitting in the boxes for awhile.

They already went through customs right? I think I remember someone saying in past years they have customs in Alaska do you know?

So today, I went in and decided to get my wife an upgrade and she also has the same delivery time 11/1-11/30 as me when I reserved on launch day.

Why go through the hassle and get your hopes up if at the end you wont have it at least within the first week...

PS: I also asked the corporate guy if I should do the reservation online to assure I would get it Friday and he assured me it was better in store and in person. LOL.

When I ordered mine the rep suggested doing 3 separate orders because if 1 of your phones is on backorder it holds up the entire shipment.

How did you get tech21 iPhone 7 case if its available for preorder and ships october?
