Yeah, I was planning on just taking it to a shop to repair.. I have until 10/9 to return according to their text. I can do that, right? I've never had to get a phone repaired so I'm at a loss. Seriously so sad that it cracked at the most crucial time.

Zero changes on my end since the shipping changed from USPS to UPS again. I ordered approx 3:30AM PST - 7 Plus Matte Black 128GB. Shipping has stayed at UPS Expedited Next Day and 0 charges to my cc. Shipping Date has remained the same 9/27-10/10. Trying to stay patient lol

I'm not super worried about it, honestly. This'll be my first screen protector ever. I generally hate them because they screw up the image quality, but this one seems potentially alright. We'll see.

i got screen protectors on my 6,6s and they were Zagg glass and i have ZERO complaints about how amazing they are. no distortion or degradation of image quality.

Make sure you keep this in mind when you buy a screen protector. The IP7 has slight variations depending on model from the IP6/6S. Read the attached article.

So did everyone do the upgrade/trade in program where you pay nothing basically if you get a iPhone 7 32gb?

I'm really worried I'm gonna get screwed in the credits.


Long story short, a few years back they had a referral program where if you referred someone you would get free unlimited data and a $25 gift card for free.

Well half the time I wouldn't get the credits and would get charged like $30 for the data

In the end over the year I guess I had to pay back all the "free" and credited data a long with some other stuff and costed me A LOT of money I couldn't afford to give away.

This happened to me with the unlimited referral credit as well. Took about half a year for it to get credited properly. The nice thing is it never expired and I kept unlimited. I think the trade in will be okay. Just make sure your bill adds up the first few months.

Just went in and trade to i7 256gb paid up front only 99$+tax same price as i6 but on website say 250$??? How come. Ask them to check like 3 times. They didn't know either. So i5&6 have same value for trade-in to i7??? Great.

I had a very similar case to yours. I ordered 3 iPhone 7s at around 3:30 AM MDT Friday. One 32gb black, one 32gb rose gold and my phone 128gb black. I signed EIPs and got confirmation emails and texts for all 3 phones. All the phones had a 9/15-9/16 estimated ship date. Then on Saturday I got an email saying one of my orders had been canceled. I talked to t-force and they couldn't figure out why it was canceled. They gave me $150 bill credit for their mistake, but said that they couldn't guarantee I would get it on launch day. I also sent an email to ERT and I just got a call from them a few minutes ago and the rep said she would prioritize my order. So at least when T-mobile makes a mistake, they do their best to fix it.

That's actually pretty good! At least you got $150 AND a new order confirmation. I haven't received confirmation nor denial for my Jump on Demand and have called many times but they keep telling me to wait 24 hours for the EIP e-mail. It's obvious that I'm not receiving it cause I already signed it but for some reason it doesn't reflect in their system. It sucks that I can't even cancel the order cause I have to wait until Friday!

Wait! What?! Where did you do the trade in? Online or in store? This sounds very similar to the IP6S "secret" promo they did where you were able to get a 128GB for the price of a 64GB, if you did it at the right time and you knew to ask for it, as your downpayment should have been $250. Sprint was also doing that for the IP7, I wonder if TMob is jumping on the bandwagon, not to be outdone. If that is now the case, I'll be cancelling and reordering in a heartbeat. I'll wait a few extra days for the phone to save $200. More details, please!

i thought about buying the series 1 too because wtf am i gonna do with a $400 series 2 thats exactly the same as the series 1. even with a water resistant device i would've let that **** touch water.
