I'd disagree you were one of the first people to order (4 hours is a LONG time). I ordered my 7+ @ 12:09 am (thats the listed time when I looked up the order on tmobile's site) and I have an estimated shipping date of 9/19 - 9/26. Looks like (from reading this thread and my personal order details so far) that 7+'s might not get delivered on launch date. Bummer, but is what it is.
I'm 99% sure I was one of the first to order judging hoe I ordered at 2:54 am est on 9/8/16... Lol

I ordered at 4:00 am EASTERN TIME. 12:01 PST was 3:01 EASTERN SO 1 HOUR and the technical issues and order issues that happened is not bad.
Like I said above I was 2:54 am eastern :p

I'm getting VERY tired of seeing this. I have this gut feeling that the rest of my family won't be getting their iPhones until I do... no, not a feeling, a PLAN!
If they are all one one order then your gut feeling may be right. According to the rep I spoke to, 1 backordered phone can hold up the entire order because technically the order is not complete so it can't be shipped.

I know I can check in my browser. Just hoping that there is an update in play as to why it's just spinning via app. And maybe it's a good idea to turn off your caps lock?

I've been checking via browser since I ordered my iPhone. I also check to see if the money has been charged from my account. Today was the first day I checked with the app. It originally showed my ship dates had been changed but still the same dates. & Now it's the spinning circle. I only stated that because I'm hopeful it means there may be a change. But I don't think there is as others have had the same issue.

It seems that the biggest unknown is the plus phones. Of course. As much as I hate not knowing, we will get them. Eventually. Lol.
