Ah, eastern time. I'd still say that a slew of orders got in in that hour, but no way enough to slip shipping by more than a month like you're showing. SMH, must just be simple supply issues on Apple's end.
I was actually on the phone at 3:03am EST and still got the dates of 9/27-10/10
 
Ah the irony - got a text message from T-Mobile thinking it would be a shipment notice, only to find out it was to thank me for being a loyal customer for 1 year. Still nothing new via TMobile app, site, UPS or cc charge.
 
I haven't combed this thread. Unless notified otherwise, don't worry about your order not showing up or looking weird online or in the app, assuming you signed your eip and got a email with verifying that. If your order is canceled, they will text you or email you.

Your best bet is to monitor ups my choice.

My wife and I preorder the note 7, which our iphone 7 pluses will replace. The app/ website always looked weird and blank on the order details. It still has the changed, despite have the phones for a while now.

UPS my choice alerted us to the incoming phones a full 2 days before tmobile did.

Anyway, reviews are popping up now. Go read!

How are you able to track in ups my choice? When I placed my order they put down the wrong address by one letter and I'm still waiting to be able to change it -_-

I know for you Plus guys it sucks, but T-Mobile seems to be ahead of the 8-ball this go-around. All the last pre-orders we were left knowing little to nothing until late Thursday night/Friday morning for us launch day deliveries.

So far I have gotten 2 text messages and 3 emails letting me know it was "Confirmed for Launch Day delivery", "Been Charged", "Updated Shipping Details (usps > ups)" and "Shipped". The first one was really great because I did not expect it them to outright say that. Now I ordered a 32GB Matte. Maybe the Plus orders do have an issue, we have heard rumors of supply chain problems. Maybe its best to just wait till Friday and see what happens. I know it sucks, but T-Mobile legitimately may not have control of whatever is causing the "delay"

Come on guys still 3 days until the launch, no reason for us to start turning on each other...... YET. Lol

I know, that starts at 11pm ET Thursday if memory serves me right

If you sign up for ups my choice, the system alerts you when you have something addressed to you.

If the address is off by a letter, it likely ups system will correct that mistake when processing the label. At the point, the system can notify you. You can set alerts in your preferences for email alerts, etc. Personally, I use the mobile app.

Okay I hope they change it so my phone doesn't get sent to BFE. I still think it's odd tmo won't change the address for me :/. Thanks for the info!

T-Mobile system is a bit archaic. Once the order is placed, they can't change anything unless they cancel and place a completely new order.
 
Does anyone have experience with changing the delivery address via UPS app? It's $5.00 to change "within your delivery zone". I'm thinking about changing delivery address to my work, but don't want delivery delayed, obviously. Deciding between picking up at customer center, or changing address to work address. Thanks.

The local hub/customer center should be free and won't delay your order. You'll be able to pick it up first thing that morning.

I have never changed the delivery to another address, but the system should tell you if it will delay the shipment. I know changing the delivery to a ups retail store supposedly delays it by a day.

To track a package in UPS My Choice, do a track by reference and use your phone number as the reference number. Just the 10 numbers, no dashes.
Is there a way to do that if you preordered from the T-Mobile store instead of Apple? For some reason mine won't work /:
