Ordered my iPhone 7 128GB Silver at around 4pm on 9/9 (had problems ordering online at midnight) and have an estimated ship date of 9/15-9/16. Noticed a pending charge of $167.49 on my card this morning from T-Mobile. Tried to track by reference at UPS, but nothing worked (tried both phone numbers on my account, order number, and my account number).

The order status page says ordered 9/10, but that was when I signed the EIP agreement.

Is this for all colors and models? Or just the not so popular ones

My iPhone 7+ silver 32 GB went from saying "your shipment range has changed" to saying that the shipment date is: 9/26 - 10/10
So I guess that's progress? It's still the same dates so I don't see why T-Mobile said it changed

Well I have somebody at Tmo that's going to let me know if they have any of the iP7Plus in stock so I will keep you guys posted also. It's looking like I'm just going to the store and picking one up

So wait...if my order (7 Plus Black 128GB) says 9/19-9/26 as the estimated shipping date, can I expect it Friday? I ordered as soon as pre-orders opened last Friday. I got a notification saying my shipment date changed, but it was the same as the original estimated date they gave me, which I thought was odd.

The 7+ 256 seems to be the easiest to get of the pluses this year. I guess most went with the 128.

Thanks

I asked on tmobile Twitter. Confirmed by several reps. This is their response.

Hey, you are absolutely correct the $165 is actually a bill credit and can't be applied to eip so your payments would be $ 6.88 a month *AntoineE

You will be reimbursed for your new device in two ways: a one-time bill credit for the value of their trade-in and monthly EIP bill credits. Because this one-time bill credit is applied to your account balance (not their EIP balance), you will see a monthly EIP charge that is higher than your monthly EIP credit.
Here is how the first order breaks down.
EIP total $649.99

Monthly EIP payment $27.08

Monthly EIP credit ($20.21)

Remaining monthly EIP payment $6.88

Total remaining EIP payment $165

One-time trade-in value credit
(applied to account balance)

Total Customer Cost for offer $0

The confusion comes from the one-time trade in credit, which is the $165. That gets applied to the account to reduce the $6.88 EIP payments to 0. *JasonT

Literally $0/mo or you pay $0 net cost? T-Mobile official documentation says otherwise btw, trading in-store gives you the option to apply to EIP balance apparently.

i just got a charge for 66.90 on my CC. It cant be for 2/3 orders because they were JOD orders. The other preorder was for a new line and the 256gb 7+, that i used the 6s trade in on.... I cant match up the 66.90 charge to any of my preorders and neither can the CSRs lol

7+ Rose Gold 256GB
Estimate to ship 9/19-9/26
Stuck at being processed since Friday and I ordered at 5:30am Eastern time

So here's a question since this is my first year on T-Mobile. Do the iPhones come with T-mobile sim cards already Pre-installed?

I think they are realizing that they aren't getting any pluses for for Friday.

That's correct

I posted pics (check my old post) they sent me thru tools.t-mobile.com/trade-in to calculate EIP for instore trade-n credit.
EIP monthly and out of pocket is totally different and instant trade in for your old phone. but you can't do it now. You have to do that process when iph7 is out and available in the store.

Now I'm thinking cancelling all of my 3 web pre-order and go to the store.

another problem is these EIP will be locked for 24 months. I was thinking of giving one to my brother overseas.

I thought people were saying that the promo may end on launch day unless you are a Costco member? T-Mobile never said when they will end the promo right? Right now all the language says his is for preorder not for launch day purchases. I would confirm this before cancelling your orders.
