some people here cry and act like babies just like the lawsuit that was issued to apple for the upgrade pre order delays. If you know EVERYONE Has to wait till friday ATLEAST then chill. The point of this forum is to have fun and joke around and speculate and come up with crazy theories but at the end of the day friday and on will matter. also if you got a september delivery you will most likely get it on friday. its just a place holder guys, companies do this a lot, You really think you will have to wait till october or november for a phone? Lol!! Apple can pump millions of iphones super fast its just logistics and studying the demand. no compayn even as big as apple can ever be prepared for it. so take it easy and enjoy till friday.

Long time reader of this thread, first time poster. I'm anxiously awaiting my delivery now. I would hope I would be in the first batch of orders to go out being that my orders (I did two separate orders for my wife and I in case mine delayed hers due to it being Jet Black) were in BEFORE 3am EST on the 9th.

Alright fellas, take this with a grain of salt but i just spoke with my UPS delivery guy. Really cool dude that always drops off packages at my house. Got into a conversation about being a busy weekend for him. He mentioned it is going to be busy, mostly staring tomorrow and Thursday since they been told by major carriers they will be handing phones out them(UPS). He said they are working around the clock to get them shipped out by Friday and that even sometimes their system won't update it on the online portal, with so many packages being scanned.
Again take it with a grain of salt, let's just hope.

Hey there,

Tired of lurking! I want to join in on the fun.

I attempted to order my iPhone 7 Plus 128GB Silver the night of pre-orders at 12:01 like the rest of you! Website froze within 5 minutes, tried calling in but there was a 40 minute wait time by the time I gave up with the website. Got a call back by 3am and ordered my iPhone. Signed the EIP in the morning and got my signed version back at 9:30AM.

Order placed 09/09/2016
Estimated to Ship 09/27/2016 - 10/24/2016

I ordered, or so I thought, with JOD from my iPhone 6s Plus (Previous year is from 6 Plus). I went into my local T-Mobile store the other day and they told me I was supposed to trade in my iPhone and start the trade-in-process before ordering my iPhone 7 Plus? They informed me I need to cancel my order and start a new one. I told them to have a good day and I left! I'm pretty sure we're supposed to bring it in afterwards, right? T-Mobile's big thing, and I'm sure other carriers (?), is that you get to use your old phone until your new one gets here. Am I missing something? My order number starts with an S. My iPhone 6s Plus is not paid off either, I got it from pre-order last year so it has roughly 12 months left on it.

Whoever told you that must have smoked or taken something illegal before coming in to work. You have a period of time after you get your new phone to return your old phone. If you're JOD they'll just take your phone back and start you on a new 18-month lease. BTW, you should only have 6 months left on last year's JOD lease.

Hi Everyone,

I understand the excitement (I do this every year too), but for those that are worrying about their order, there isn't anything to worry about. Every year, T-Mobile gets slammed with orders and they don't get their allotment of iPhones until 24-36 hours before launch day. That's why many of you are not seeing any progress yet with your order. But have no fear, 90% of you in this thread will get their phones on time.

Here's what to look for:

T-Mobile will charge your credit card once they have matched an actual phone against your order.

Set your credit card alert to notify you anytime you have a charge over a set amount, say $95. Then you'll know when T-Mobile charges your account.

Then expect a tracking number on Thursday, but often times, T-Mobile's system will not send you the tracking number for at least 4-8 hours....so you can register with UPS and FedEx and both of these companies will send you a notification the moment a label is created.

Then sit back, open a beer, and smile knowing that your new iPhone is on the way.

Between now and then though, there's no sense in worrying. This is just how the process works. And like I said, no matter what the shipping estimates are right now, a large portion of you will still get your iPhone on launch day or within a few days after that.

As for me, I was on a 7-day hike this year when pre-orders began, so I didn't get my order in until Monday afternoon. It was probably better that way because I didn't have to deal with the mad rush during the first day or two...and it only took me 18 minutes form start to finish when speaking to T-Mo on the phone. And I'm confident that I'll still get my iPhone on Friday or early early next week.

Cheers,
Bryan

"If you look to over here, you can see the rare logical, patent T-Mobile iPhone 7 preorder customer, a rare site indeed."

I echo his sentiment. I have had the same experience with past releases.

so what do you guys think of the people who got screwed and got 11/1-11/30 ship dates. Any chance of it being moved up to like 9/27. I honestly don't mind waiting an extra two weeks but two months ;(
btw. ordered 7+ 32 gb Matte Black. 9/9 6pm.

P.S. every other carrier has the matte black iPhones shipping in three-four weeks
i feel screwed because i called at 11:47 on pre order night didn't get my online signature till early morning with 11/01/11/30 and on top of that they screwed up the second order so yeah 2 weeks i can handle but 2 months is just way to long.
