Hi Everyone,

I understand the excitement (I do this every year too), but for those that are worrying about their order, there isn't anything to worry about. Every year, T-Mobile gets slammed with orders and they don't get their allotment of iPhones until 24-36 hours before launch day. That's why many of you are not seeing any progress yet with your order. But have no fear, 90% of you in this thread will get their phones on time.

Here's what to look for:

T-Mobile will charge your credit card once they have matched an actual phone against your order.

Set your credit card alert to notify you anytime you have a charge over a set amount, say $95. Then you'll know when T-Mobile charges your account.

Then expect a tracking number on Thursday, but often times, T-Mobile's system will not send you the tracking number for at least 4-8 hours....so you can register with UPS and FedEx and both of these companies will send you a notification the moment a label is created.

Then sit back, open a beer, and smile knowing that your new iPhone is on the way.

Between now and then though, there's no sense in worrying. This is just how the process works. And like I said, no matter what the shipping estimates are right now, a large portion of you will still get your iPhone on launch day or within a few days after that.

As for me, I was on a 7-day hike this year when pre-orders began, so I didn't get my order in until Monday afternoon. It was probably better that way because I didn't have to deal with the mad rush during the first day or two...and it only took me 18 minutes form start to finish when speaking to T-Mo on the phone. And I'm confident that I'll still get my iPhone on Friday or early early next week.

Cheers,
Bryan

Hey Bryan!
what model did you order and what does your estimate shipping date look like? Just curious because you and me are probably the only ones who didn't order on the first day

"If you look to over here, you can see the rare logical, patent T-Mobile iPhone 7 preorder customer, a rare site indeed."

I echo his sentiment. I have had the same experience with past releases.

I prefer getting ship dates earlier because then we have two entire days to obsess over every delivery mishap ever and asking strangers if it means that my phone won't be delivered. :):apple:

I'll jump in as well

Ordered the Jet Black/7 Plus/128gb on 9/9 in store. Signed the EIP at 9:15am CST and received the order confirmation email at 9:41am.

I'm stuck with a 11/1 - 11/30 ship date

Hey Bryan!

I ordered an iPhone 7 Silver 128 GB and an iPhone 7+ Stealth Black 128 GB. The estimated shipping date for the 7 Silver is currently Oct 10-24 and there is no shipping date yet for the 7+ Black, most likely because T-Mobile does not know what their allotment is yet.

Cheers,
Bryan

Details please? Thank you

I went to local t-mobile store and decided to switch from AT&T. They offered me the free 32GB iPhone 7, but I upgraded to the 128Gb for $100 extra (plus tax on the entire phone). The guy switched my service that day (Friday 9/9) and began the trade-in process. He said once I receive my new iPhone 7 in the mail, I can ship my old one back with the included label/packaging... My phone hasn't shipped, although it says so in the t-mobile app. When I check in the UPS site, it says Ready for UPS as the status, probably means they just a have a label for it :/

i feel screwed because i called at 11:47 on pre order night didn't get my online signature till early morning with 11/01/11/30 and on top of that they screwed up the second order so yeah 2 weeks i can handle but 2 months is just way to long.

I ordered 3am EST (my EIP time-stamped at exactly 3:00 am 9/9/16) and they still put me at 11/1 - 11-30

I have a question, if anyone knows.... i pre-ordered the iphone 7 (regular) from tmobile on 9/9, then on sunday 9/11 i get an email that my order has been processed. And a day before on ups.com when i was tracking it , it said order processed 9/12 at 8.45pm, but the day i checked that was 9/11. Im so confused!!!!!!! This waitinh game is getting to me. Checking ups tracking every few minutes, talk about impatient.
