How are those black or white glass screen protectors that cover the whole screen? I remember waiting the longest for those when the 6 first came out. I gave up and just stuck with the regular glass screen protectors.

This one is all black and is suppose to cover the edges also is full. Looks pretty good. I never bought this brand so I'll wait and see..

Tired of lurking! I want to join in on the fun.

I attempted to order my iPhone 7 Plus 128GB Silver the night of pre-orders at 12:01 like the rest of you! Website froze within 5 minutes, tried calling in but there was a 40 minute wait time by the time I gave up with the website. Got a call back by 3am and ordered my iPhone. Signed the EIP in the morning and got my signed version back at 9:30AM.

I ordered, or so I thought, with JOD from my iPhone 6s Plus (Previous year is from 6 Plus). I went into my local T-Mobile store the other day and they told me I was supposed to trade in my iPhone and start the trade-in-process before ordering my iPhone 7 Plus? They informed me I need to cancel my order and start a new one. I told them to have a good day and I left! I'm pretty sure we're supposed to bring it in afterwards, right? T-Mobile's big thing, and I'm sure other carriers (?), is that you get to use your old phone until your new one gets here. Am I missing something? My order number starts with an S. My iPhone 6s Plus is not paid off either, I got it from pre-order last year so it has roughly 12 months left on it.

You have 14 calendar days, from the day your new device is delivered, to return your old or trade-in phone.

You also do not need to bring/mail the box or any accessories, just the device itself.

And, no, you're not to turn in your old phone prior to receiving the new one. That rep was full of poop !!

I find it funny that Apple can send 2.5 million phones out in 24-48 hours but Samsung hasnt been able to replace most Note 7's with the bad battery over the past 2 weeks....

I heard it will take Samsung 6 months they need to work with the United States safety protocol first

I have a question, if anyone knows.... i pre-ordered the iphone 7 (regular) from tmobile on 9/9, then on sunday 9/11 i get an email that my order has been processed. And a day before on ups.com when i was tracking it , it said order processed 9/12 at 8.45pm, but the day i checked that was 9/11. Im so confused!!!!!!! This waitinh game is getting to me. Checking ups tracking every few minutes, talk about impatient.

I think everything that hasn't already been listed as "shipped" is considered backordered. So I wouldn't worry yet... much.

In 2011 the iPad 2 came out in March. It sold 1mm units that weekend, virtually all were gone on launch day. I was able to pick one up within 7-10 days at a local store.

Obviously the scale is a bit different for iPhone 7 launch, but I trust the backlog will dissipate quickly here, just as it almost always does.
