jod system not working. I got thru no wait at all. guy went to place order. had a system error. Now saying JOD cannot upgrade/preorder for 15-20 min. Hes calling me back.

lol seriously I can't catch a break for a smooth preorder.
 
I was able to place an order with a rep on the phone, he started the process a few minutes before midnight pst. I got an order conf # as well as email from t-mobile to sign iep... Hoping it all went through and I get the phone launch day.
 
Just got off the phone with T-Mobile! iPhone 7+ Jet Black pre-ordered. Paid an extra 209 for the downpayment, but monthly payments will be $26 a month. Still haven't received confirmation email though.
 
Was able to request a 3AM EST phone call from My T-Mobile. Got a call at exactly 3AM and was able to pre-order a black 128GB Black 7 Plus. Smooth!!

Edit: Received the Email confirmation and EIP within about 5-8 minutes of hanging up the phone.

Did I call the wrong number or something. Called at 3:01 and all I hear is silence most of the time and some guy speaking over ****** rock music occasionally. Then a recording that says if I'd like to check the status of my order wait on the line... but I haven't ordered yet lady!
 
damn how many people do they have working the lines lol

Must be lots! I called at 11:50. Got an answer within 2 minutes. She put me on hold until 12:00 (I'm in Cali) and we are just about done. Says that Apple won't release the phones to T-Mobile until launch day, though--so she quoted me a ship date of 9/19.

That's what I'm getting too. I called the only number I could find for Jump on Demand customers.
 
Have received two emails, one with the signed EIP and another confirming my Jump trade quote and agreement to send it in by 10/9. I guess that means it went through even though I have no way of checking my account page atm :p
 
I can't tell if i got through on the site, i got an email with a copy of my EIP but the site crashed when i submitted the last page for payment. i do have a order # on the EIP though
