Order complete! 7+ 128GB Jet Black! I was actually my rep's first customer since I called in at 11:59 and she told me to wait on the line for another 2 minutes...awkward silence did ensue...lol Time for bed! :D
 
Cant get order thru into the system yet. He took my card number and stuff and is 'wrangling' his system and will be calling me back to say yes charge my card. I was his first customer at 1 min before it "opened".
 
Got my order in for a 7+ 128gb black. Called right at 2:01 and didn't have to wait in line. Now, just waiting for my confirmation EIP email to come through. Parenthetically; while I was getting my order in the CSR was impressed that I got right in because they were now seeing waits of more than 2k people.
 
Did the people that order get a confirmation email? I was reading my EIP and it states "black" not jet black so I wonder did my rep order the wrong color lol
 
Wow, Delivery was 9/16... took about 30-40 seconds to enter credit card info, and then estimated delivery became 9/27-9/29. Oh well.
 
Did anyone else have to pay $20 for a new sim? I inquired about it and said I wanted to use my current sim, but she informed me that the $20 was also for ordering over the phone and that the new sim has better signal strength? seems fishy, but just wanted to get the order through..didn't think too much of it

Yea I had to wait on the line too but my rep was super cool and she actually chatted me out of being sleepy and cranky lol

Has anyone who ordered online gotten a confirmation email? I ordered my black from tmobile first (said 19th as ship date), and got through with apple which has a later date (sept 23-27) I got my apple email but no tmobile
 
my rep was super cool, took the time to make sure my order was done right and also gave me a credit for the $20 upgrade fee. i was her first call regarding the update. I got my EIP contract while on the phone with her and just finished signing it. Ok now time to disable the thread notification and time for some sleep.

I got the confirmation email and mine says Jet Black
 
BTW calling 611 was fine to place an order but not 800-646-4688 which was the number they told JOD customers to call earlier on the website.

Same! Does your EIP email say black or jet black? Or did you not order black? lol
 
Still on the phone with the rep, she said the order didnt go through so shes reprocessing
