Why so much? Are you JOD? She quoted me $163 total ($149 + tax).

For those on JUMP! on Demand, I'm not sure it's worth switching over to the 24-month EIP. T-Mobile knows the customer has the upper-hand on the lease programs, so that's why they're 'offering' the Trade Up program, but that requires customers to pay off their device and lower the monthly EIP payment.

I have a 128GB Rose Gold 6s Plus that has $200 left on it, and their trade-in value is $285. If I moved off of JoD and went EIP, I would've lowered my monthly payments to $14.79, but that requires the $200 payoff and $149 cost for the 128GB 7 Plus, making the down payment $360 including tax.

I decided to just hand it in and stay on JoD and continue to pay $149+tax down and $30 per month.

I was on T-Mobile chat before the 3AM ET start, and he gave me a special number (800-672-5390) to dial. Not sure if there was a queue on 611 (I called that from my iPhone and it still had hold music). It started up as an 'order status' line, but I pressed 1 and got a rep from the Philippines immediately and she placed my JoD upgrade within minutes.

Well... T-mobile managed to F things up.... I wanted to use my Jump to get the iP7+. I said jump on demand at least 3 times when I called. However... the person on the phone placed an entire new order for the phone. So I now have two installments instead of using my JOD.

Their solution isn't helpful either. I have to wait till I receive the phone, return it, then re-order the phone. They are unable to cancel my pre-order because it's a "pending order" and their system has no way of canceling orders that are pending....

Aw man, i'm pretty pissed right now....

all tmo phones say 09/19 ship date right now, rep says he doesnt buy it
Yeah--my rep kept saying "BUT IF THEY RELEASE THE PHONES TO US EARLIER..." as though that's what's really going to happen but she didn't wanna be held to it. LOL

Just placed my order. I called right at 3:00 and I was the reps first call. She was in the Philippines and very helpful. Longest time was waiting for her system to boot. Easy process, ordered a 7+ jet black 128 GB.

FYI for those ordering the Jet Black 7+ for tmobile.... Apple's website has already slipped to 4-6 weeks on delivery

nvm I got my tmobile confirmation email. I was able to order before 3am but still have a 9-19 to 9-26 ship date for a 256gb 7 plus. Anyone actuallyy get a Sept 16 ship datE?

Can't get orders to go through online and been on hold listening to music for 10 minutes and think I'm going back to bed. Really didn't care about the phone just wanted new watch and that was ordered quickly and easily

My order is placed now for a 7+ 128GB with JOD. Paying the $149 down payment and $28/month. Just waiting to get my order number before I get off the phone. Since this is my third preorder with Tmo, I've learned to take notes in case things go a little sideways. I suggest you do the same. Get every last detail down like the rep's name, total amount you're paying, monthly payment, balance on your current phone (if you have one) and anything else you might need in case a problem happens. The more info, the better. Actually came in handy with a friend's order when they screwed it up. We had all the details and they had to make it right.

This happened last year. WHen you get the email to sign and accept it just dont accept. It expires in 36 hours after generating.

Gonna have to go in store for my mom's. Got my grandpa's EIP ordered at 2:58 AM. My phone ordered through Apple. By 3:05 T-Mo's site was dead. I've been on hold for 20 min with T-Mo.

Anyone else have to pay $20 for an upgrade/new sim? Seems like 2 people have already noted their rep being able to waive it?

Sad day lol, eh everything almost went smooth for me.

Almost the same EXACT thing happened to me last year. Ordered a 6S Plus Gold, went to sign the EIP and the guy put in an order for the damn 6 Plus Gold, the EXACT phone I already had! Took me almost 24 hours to get it straightened out and I "lost" my place at the front of the "line" for first shipments.

Was on phone with rep @ 3:03am and she said system was slow. Waited a few minutes and then she said the system was down and they were re-booting!
She was going to call me back in a few hours.
Not sure I believe that.
Called back in and now on hold.........3:30am

So i placed an online order at 258 i got the first EIP email. I havent gotten a confirmation one yet. When i went to submit order the screen froze and gave me and error. I tried again and screen stayed dim after minutes of the rolling circle. So i called told him what happened and gave him the order number i got. He said he sees the order and it went through and i wont be charged until it ships. Can anyone confirm this? Or is my leg being pulled and im about to get screwed??
