Ordered over phone, got a confirmation from rep of 16th for delivery. Phone is 7 jet black 128gb. Just waiting on the EIP agreement email.

With servers down, keep in mind for phone orders that representatives may just be once again writing your info down until the servers are back up. They're just entering it into the same system on the same servers we're using to order online.

Best to follow up and make sure the order is in and that they wrote the right phone down. They got mine wrong at first last year.
 
Just got my preorder done. Either T-Mobile REALLY stepped their game up this year or something is going to go terribly wrong because I had absolutely ZERO issues calling and placing my order. I set my alarm for 2:51am EST. dialed 611, didn't even have a hold time and the lady placed my order swiftly and efficiently for a Jet Black 7 Plus 128GB using JOD. I just signed the EIP leasing agreement she sent to my email and she said I'd be getting the phone on launch day!

Good job this year T-Mobile! (Tentatively)
 
Ordered!!!! Took literally 10 minutes. Jet black 128gb 7+. Got the confirmation email, Signed the EIP, now I sleep.

all tmo phones say 09/19 ship date right now, rep says he doesnt buy it
 
Representative answered exactly at 12:01am and we made the selection for the 7+ Jet Black 128gb. Due to a "system issue" she is preparing the order and will call back when it tis time for the credit card portion. Hope my order isn't too heavily delayed in the system...
 
GOT IT! Mine is being delivered 9/16 by Apple. I ordered my Grandpa's from T-Mo at 2:57 actually. The site is dead and I can't get my mom's now. :(
 
I can't tell if i got through on the site, i got an email with a copy of my EIP but the site crashed when i submitted the last page for payment. i do have a order # on the EIP though

Had this issue too, but I see my order placed and jump offer accepted on my account history page so I think we're good.
 
website dead. Called in, rep barely spoke English, said JoD customers have to go to a store. called back, on hold. Well done tmobile

I got the same response too, saying that if I wanted to pre-order now, I'd have to close out my JoD? Um, wtf? I thought we could pre-order by calling into 611, they send the new phones and then we have 14 days to send in the old ones? He said they're currently getting some error message and that they'd call me back in 15 mins...same stuff, different year :-S
