So I ordered my SO's phone 9/10 (Silver 7 Plus 128GB) and got an expected delivery date of 10/25 - 11/11. Was told I would not be charged the upgrade fee until the phone was ready to be shipped ($209 with the tax), as I did the 0% financing for 2 years. My card was just charged the amount, which puzzled me.

So do you still get charged the upgrade fee before your phone is ready, or does it only charge your card when it is about to ship? Not sure if this only applies to people that paid in full for the phone.
 
I just got off the phone with John Legere, and he told me that Apple is going to make an exclusive Magenta color iPhone 7 plus as an apology for everyone who ordered a Matte Black iPhone. ;)

Yeah, get a load of that other carriers...lol.

Every Tmobile rep says something different. You can't believe this either.
Yeah.. I had a rep tell me Apple personally called him and told him all iPhones are not shipping until october. I have no trust towards the phone reps after dealing with them to get my iPhone ordered(they cancelled and attempted to cancel things then wouldn't do anything to help put the order on) so all in all I ended up with a later ship date D:

Just got off the phone with T-Mobile. They said Apple has a supplier issues with the matte black 7 plus's and doesn't expect replenishment until mid October! They expect everyone's current shipping dates for the Black 7 Plus's will be pushed back 2-3 weeks
that would be crazy

I can only speak from my own experience. I have five phones that have charged to my card and five phones with tracking numbers. The phone (mine of course) which hasn't charged is still showing processing
 
Will we hit 5000 posts before the first phone is delivered?
Thank God my biggest worry is when I'll get a phone to replace my 6 month old phone...
My wife thinks I've lost my mind

Interesting. Yeah, it charged my card, but still shows it's processing. So I am wondering if it'll change overnight or something, or if they just charge way in advance for the financing people.

I neglected to say, if they've charged you they're shipping it... based on my own experience of course.
 
I ordered a 7+ 128GB Matte Black on 9/9 approx 12:45AM PDT from TMobile. I also pre-ordered an Apple Watch Series 2 from Apple. I haven't gotten any update from TMobile or Apple, both still say processing.

However, I just used my phone number to track by reference on UPS. I got a tracking number showing a package weighing 2.8 lbs scheduled for delivery on 9/16. Over on the Apple Watch pre-order thread, most people's packages are showing less than 2.8 lbs. Not sure if this is my phone or my watch.

And I just got off the chat with a tmobile rep and they said that all pre-order phones will ship out tomorrow, and that most people will get their before their estimated shipping dates, and that the systems with new dates would not be updated until after tomorrow. So we really can't say
 
Seriously quit calling T-Mobile, phones are released on Friday. If you don't have your phone by your shipping date you can complain then.
you either work of them or you're a nice person or you dont care about getting phone as soon as possible
