Do you have a tracking number or is it still processing? Did you do EIP, Jump OD, or buy outright? Did you order from Apple or T-Mobile?

Tracking number says "Order Processing: Ready for UPS." I did through JOD. Ordered through T-Mobile (since we're on the T-Mobile preorder thread). My estimated ship date is 9/15-9/16.
 
Great news for 7 Plus Matte 32gb!!! Just checked UPS by reference and i used my phone number and i have a tracking number created. It has no movement yet but it gives me hope.
Giving me hope too haha. What was your original shipping estimate?
 
I placed mine at the equivalency of 9am PST (12pm EST) in store. Weird, because online it says I'm getting it via UPS Expedited Next Day, which isn't in that document.

I just want to know if I'm getting it tomorrow or not :S, because I planned on cancelling the order and going to the store if it wasn't available...

T-Mobile is still working on getting your order to you. It's all just a matter of when Apple provides them with the phones. And, even though UPS Expedited Next Day may not be in that document, T-Mobile uses that shipping method instances like this so that your order is shipped to you using the fastest method.

Personally, I would not cancel my order. You can take a chance and go to the store since you ordered a 7. I would imagine the stores would have those in stock. But, I have no plans to even attempt to go to a store looking a 7+.

I'm seeing a lot of east coast 'in-transit' status updates. I wonder if UPS ships to non-hub locations first in order to meet deadlines. Mine is still on label created.

I mean I believe that they're working on getting me the order, but I don't see why they have to just have such awful communication. I was told by 3 different people at 3 different times I'd definitely be getting my order on Friday, and I ordered pretty early in the day, but so many other people with the same device as me have already gotten their order tracking numbers and I'm still sitting on processing.
 
How are you guys tracking via reference? do you put in your full phone number including 1? what about the dates?
 
Ordered over the phone with T-Mobile. I'm trading in my 5S.

If you had a tracking number, I'd say you were set - UPS seems to origin scan a bit haphazardly. If you don't have one, however, it doesn't look good.

They do the origin scan before it needs to get ready to go on the truck or plane to your depot.
 
I have a shipping number for 1 of 2 phones ordered, either the 7 or 7+ in jet black. Won't know which until T-Mobile comes back online. The plus had a shipping date of 9/25 to 10/10 and the regular seven had a shipping date for the month of November.

Edit to add: this information first showed up on the UPS app and not on T-Mobile site

full 10 digit number (not the 1) and you should be able to just leave the dates as is (or change the end date to tomorrow, but type it in, the calendar won't let you select tomorrow).
I have tracking for 1 of my iPhone orders... and none of my reference numbers are my phone number... as a matter of fact... they are numbers I don't recognize whatsoever. Not the order number, not the account number. One of them is a long number with "UPGR" at the end of it.

I was told by one T-Mobile rep I would be getting my phone before my November estimate, another that T-Mobile is not even receiving iPhones until 9/26, same guy said I couldn't cancel my pre-order and re-order due to my Jump being used on the pre-order, three more reps were going to process the re-order for me but never mentioned the Jump thing... at this point I'm just done and I will get it when I get it, but I will never pre-order again more than likely.
 
Ordered my 7 plus Gold 128GB on 9/9 around 4pm EDT and my estimated shipping was 9/27 - 10/04. But I got a notification yesterday saying that my phone shipped. Checked my tracking information today and it's in Louisville, KY. I'm all set for delivery tomorrow.

I did jump on demand also but didn't you have to pay a certain fee? to upgrade?
I know I did, I got charged for all six JOD I did, but I'm seeing a lot of people in this thread who didn't get charged diddly... time to yell at tmo again. They already credited me for one of the upgrades I did but I thought that was just a "see we're nice people" gesture.
