Whoa big update for me just now and this is for the regular 7 matte black 32gb ordered on preorder day 9/9 evening time

UPS shows that my order just got scanned at the Louisville hub! Origin scan just went through at 8am... So it's no longer "ready for UPS"

I mean I believe that they're working on getting me the order, but I don't see why they have to just have such awful communication. I was told by 3 different people at 3 different times I'd definitely be getting my order on Friday, and I ordered pretty early in the day, but so many other people with the same device as me have already gotten their order tracking numbers and I'm still sitting on processing.

I understand, it's definitely frustrating but not much we can do but wait. Personally, I would stop calling T-Mobile. There's only so much that they know and/or can do. At this point, it really is up to Apple and T-Mobile to get it together regarding the shipments and get everyone's orders out.

This is my 3rd iPhone pre-order with T-Mobile. The first one was terrible! It was T-Mobile's first ever iPhone pre-order and they lost tons of money behind it and should have learned quite a few lessons from it. So, i can see where they have improved since then, but they do still have quite a few things to work on. So, while I would love to have my phone tomorrow, my feelings are that it just is what it is and I'll get it when it comes.

I ordered the 7+ 32 gb black matte on 9/9 around 7pm. I haven't been charged and have an estimated shipping date of 11/1 - 11/30....does anyone else have these dates ??? I don't want to wait that long !!!

I was told by one T-Mobile rep I would be getting my phone before my November estimate, another that T-Mobile is not even receiving iPhones until 9/26, same guy said I couldn't cancel my pre-order and re-order due to my Jump being used on the pre-order, three more reps were going to process the re-order for me but never mentioned the Jump thing... at this point I'm just done and I will get it when I get it, but I will never pre-order again more than likely.

That's just frustrating and ridiculous. I'm going to the store tomorrow to see if they have any in stock and I'll just cancel my order or just send both the pre-ordered 7 and my 6s back, and I'll probably never order a damn thing with T-Mobile again. This is ridiculous and unacceptable.
 
Just checked the site and the app and they are both down. Haven't come across that yet. The site says "We're awesoming our site. We're doing some upgrades and will be back up soon." Weird.
 
It's just a phone. You'll get it when you get it...

I'm just worried about how they are going to process all these trade-ins and give everyone the trade-in values and bill credits they are entitled too properly.

I also think T-Mobile is upgrading everything for the impending trade-ins maybe?
 
Ordered on the 9th at 2:30AM and 9:00 PM CST.

Received tracking numbers on the 10 and 12 respectively.

Received 1 origin scan today from Kentucky.

My 6s preorder went perfect. I even ordered past 2pm PST and got it on time. I'm just really frustrated.

A friend of mine ordered 7+ 128GB at the same time an date, and his shipping date is between 11/01 - 11/12 . But I'm sure they will send it before that.

Not charged yet. However, I remember that during the iPhone 6 pre-order I was not able to track or expect the phone on release day until Thursday at 11PM (when UPS MyChoice notified me). So I am still hopeful.

Good thing is that my wife's 32gb gold iPhone is showing some progress with UPS.

T-Mobile site been down for awhile now. Wonder if scanning all those phones arriving last night is killing it.
 
likewise. i've been using UPS though, works like a charm

So far only showing tracking number for wife's 7+ 32 GB Rose Gold....odd thing is I tried the tracking thing by reference for both our lines and nothing showed up under that. Still waiting on 128 GB Jet Black 7+ update.
