Did anyone else see on twitter that the trade-up offer is paired with Tmobile ONE now? Does that mean my current trade in offers are not eligible for the bill credits. I have the family share 6gb plan....

The whole deal/promo is a clusterf^ck. Every rep has something different to say about it and T-Mobile isn't doing anything to clarify it.

That pre-order was even worse than this one. I remember that the orders would only say: back-ordered. No information whatsoever was given to customers until they physically had the phone to ship.

God, that preorder was soooooo bad.

Everyone is pissed about seeing far off dates. Back in my day, we didn't have no expected dates, they were all backordered... lol

JOD is not supposed to pay that fee... and if you were charged that fee, the rep you worked with is an idiot and you will need to request a credit for it.

i didn't pay any fee but i was charged for the phone itself. I traded in my 6s for iphone 7+ 128gb and i was "charge" $163. But those charges are no where on my credit card so i'm guessing they will charge it if my phone ever gets shipped?

Well not really. Pre-orders are given priority of course. So you'd get it before anyone can walk in to a store & get one.

I ordered the 7+ 32 gb black matte on 9/9 around 7pm. I haven't been charged and have an estimated shipping date of 11/1 - 11/30....does anyone else have these dates ??? I don't want to wait that long !!!

Usually, yes.

Though with the Note 7's....we got charged and then they waited a week. Which was not normal...and sent everyone into an OCD frenzy.

Usually when you're charged, it will ship out a day or two later, max.

We'll see how it goes this time.
