Anyone from MN get a departure scan yet? I see the UPS flight (UPS2560) but no departure scan on the tracking. Hoping these t-storms don't delay our deliveries!

My Friend with Verizon ordered 2 iPhone 7+ 128GB one black and one gold. Both of his are expected to arrive tomorrow. Something is going on with T-Mobile orders...

Remember our orders have been processing since 9/9 for those of us who preordered at midnight. The order status page hasn't exactly been up to date, a shipment can leave from Louisville at 2am friday and get to our homes that day which would be tomorrow. There's still plenty of time for things to start changing

Yeah, and unless UPS deletes all shipping information after a product has been delivered, looking at my tracking number from my 6s last year, the only piece of information it has is that it got delivered. No departure scans, or anything like that. Here' to hoping its the same...

T-Mobile is notorious for having your device show up on your door step while their site is still showing processing.

Is it?? I find blind optimism kind of annoying- of course I want my phone to come, and I come here for updates, but I don't want to hear a bunch of people who don't know what they're talking about saying "Don't worry guys, I'm sure we'll all get our phones tomorrow!"
If wanted wanted to hear this kind of uninformed make-believe I'd go wait for my phone in church

Insulting a church is low.

Arrival Scan for my 3 phones.. All regular 7 (Rose Gold/Matte Blacks).
Houston, TX, United States 09/15/2016 3:32 P.M. Arrival Scan

No update on the 7+ we ordered.

Too many freaking idiots on this thread complaining about not getting their phones when friday is not even here yet. These are the same idiots in America who sue starbucks for putting 2 ice cubes and not 3.

Gtfo.
I didn't read any complaints, I think you're just over thinking things, you're the one that's an idiot now. Sorry.

So let me get this straight: you think you're entitled to money because T-Mobile is unable to give you an iPhone that they don't have in stock yet, is that correct? Or did you mean to infer something else?
you seem to have an inability to understand what you're reading... most likely due to the fact that you are very busy wording your rebuttal. I'm not even mad about their inability to provide the phone, they are at the mercy of Apple in that regard. in fact I don't believe i'm entitled to money at all, I'm just saying it would be a nice goodwill gesture to those of us being given false information from the companies agents. Do I expect a bill credit? no. am I ranting and raving about a bill credit? no.

I've not even contacted the company via phone or in person since my in store pre-order. So get off your high horse and take a chill pill.

I would honestly be happy if the company acknowledged the errors and put forth real effort to properly train their people to handle these big events and to not be afraid to say "I don't know." I'd rather hear that then be given false information.

Exactly. My plan right now is that if I don't get the information after 5pm, I'm getting up early to go to my local store and if they have a model in stock, get that, and then just cancel the order, or if it's shipped by then, return the device.

make sure you have enough of t-mobile credits. i don't have enough credits so i was told to have the store rep cancel my order there and i will be able to get the plus in the store.
