Then you didn't actually sign it on your phone. You're just using your phone to interface with your desktop. I tried signing mine with my phone the first time and it specifically gave me an error that I couldn't do that.
Ok, cool. Just wanted to rule out the fact that the EIP signing could be holding up my order. Seeing that these reps and T-Mobile's whole system in general seems somehow confused.

I placed my order on my phone from T-Mobile's website and everything seems to have gone through fine. 7+ 128GB Black. Still playing the waiting game....no charge, no nothing.
 
Also what does it mean if my ups expedited shipping changed to just 'UPS'
Nothing, I just reordered my phone in a different color and they said it was overnight delivery, charging me $25 for it (credited my account the $25 though), and mine just says ups
 
I haven't gotten any emails or texts except when I signed the email upon ordering and got the confirmation text/email with my order number. Other than that, nothing since I ordered on 9/9 @ 10 am
Well don't lose hope!If I'm getting mine hopefully the rest of us with the same model and time frame get their phones

Just relax, you'll probably get it this week. I'm still waiting on some sort of info on my phone (JB 128gb Plus Order confirmation received at 2:54am EST on 9/9 and signed EIP Confirmation at 3:03an EST, which from what I've seen, one of the earliest ones here).

It's not like your order has been lost. But from what I see, the orders are trickling through the proper channels for all models now, and there's additional planes on the way today and more than likely even more tomorrow. You'll get your phone don't worry, but posting and asking EVERY day "Has anyone seen movement on XXX Model and XXX Date, clearly isn't getting you anywhere. Just look through previous posts and look at what people are saying instead of asking.

No need to look for a reason - there have been zero reported charges here for 7+ 128GB Black. Nada. We're in the same boat.
Same for the people who got the 256gb capacity.
I think we may need life perservers in our boat just in case :)

I don't think shipping estimates are accurate. Shipping estimates are based on waves of shipments that they get in. The first wave passed. These 10 planes could be the second shipment which includes some 9/19 and 9/27 ranges.
