I almost want to buy but the 128 and 256 (for 7+) are not available. Which is a given. Though there's 32 gb a plenty for the 7 plus

My friends and I managed to snag three 128 GB matte black Pluses today. Two Verizon, one Sprint! Canceled my T-Mobile order. Good luck to everyone with theirs!

Well, I finally got a 7+. But it's not my T Mobile 128GB Black 7+ with a ship date estimate of 9/19 with no movement. Instead, I got an AT&T Black 256GB 7+ reserved for pickup tomorrow. I was switching from AT&T to T Mobile, but no matter whose fault it's been, this hasn't been a pleasurable experience thus far trying to switch.

I will be going through IUP which gets me an upgrade every year, keeps my unlimited, and gets me apple care +, and I get to trade in my unlocked 6+ for $315 with Apple.

I was excited to move to T Mobile, but now I've got now reason to leave AT&T. Especially not after this pre order fiasco.

It's been fun watching this thread with all of you, but I will happily be walking out of Apple with the phone I pre ordered and in a larger size, only on the network I opted to leave.

Maybe next time T Mobile.

Advice to everyone, if you are willing to pay outright for the iPhone, you can do an in store reserve with Apple for in store pickup and you can pay full retail for ANY carrier phone and it will work on T Mobile...Something to think about. It's been confirmed to work from every carrier. Good luck everyone, here's the link if you haven't seen it...

You're really willing to stay with ATT because you can't wait for your phone to come in? I just switched from ATT to T Mobile and I've never been happier. Bye bye ATT hello unlimited data from the Uncarrier :)
 
@Minhimalism Thanks for the link! Found my 7+ black 128 at a store bout an hour away... figured I'd rather drive and get it today and end this waiting game.

You're welcome!! Glad to share the wealth. I found it originally on Reddit and I'd used a similar one for the 6S last year. Got my 128 GB Plus today too and I am LOVING it!! Enjoy my friend.
 
For what it's worth, on 9/9 @ 9:40AM EST, I used JOD for three lines on my account. I ordered (2) MB 7's and (1) MB 7+. I have a ship date of 9/27-10/10.

I have seen no movement. No updates. No shipping label on UPS My Choice. Nothing.

I'm pretty sure the 7+ is what's holding up my order.

Like all of you, I'm impatiently, anxiously waiting to see if there will be any updates Monday or Tuesday. I'm pretty disappointed with the lack of supply this year. I pre-ordered the 6s late last year and got it on launch... Anyways I'll report back if I get anything. Good luck everyone!!! ;)
 
I can't make a reservation in my state (Washington). Seriously gonna consider switching to another provider if I don't get shipment tomorrow.
 
All these cancels. What are we three days in? Crazy. No matter how much I hate using my HTC M8, I will hold out until this phone ships. For every cancel that's one move up. Maybe..I'd hope. lol

Haha, you cancelled your preorder, which wasnt even scheduled to be shipped until sometime between tomorrow and next monday (so its not even late yet) and switched back to a carrier you wanted to leave.

The ONLY reason I was in a hurry to get the phone and opted to stay with my grandfathered unlimited AT&T was because the current 6+ that I have has the touch disease issue and has been that way for nearly 4 months now and out of warranty. I've held out as long as I could and I submitted my T Mobile order at 2:05am and got the earliest ship estimate that they put out and still nothing.

It was more of me needing a phone than not being patient. I had every intention of getting a T Mobile phone. I travel about 20-25 days out of every month and it's been a pain in the a** dealing with this 6+ issue.

Don't tempt me I am close to the edge I am trying not to loose my head... I just might ditch Apple and move to Android. :) Not because of not getting an iPhone on release day just to see how the other side be living :)
Thats funny. Thats exactly why I preordered the iPhone. I've had every Galaxy S model except for the 3. And now I have the s7 edge, I just want to try something new as well.

I agree when they announced it they should have did 2 weeks instead because that would of gave them more time to produce more phones...
Before announcement even, the 23rd was the date that was leaked in internal ATT memos. Told the BF the date sounded about right and that the 26th is when most people would have them in hand. Seems like my prediction was closer to truth than i coulda thought.

Looks like a few more planes coming in throughout the course of the day. Hopefully some of us see charges in the 9/19-9/26 crowd. And if that's the case, maybe we'll be cleared out of 9/19 inventory and can start moving to the 9/27 and later crowd :)
Nothing coming in until early tomorrow morning.

If I had to guess, since we had so many flights yesterday, those are 9/19-9/26 orders that should charge and ship later today and arrive tomorrow. Planes leaving in the next few hours will either be the tail end of 9/19 or the very start of the 9/27. Just my thoughts...
 
I mentioned upthread that I'd had a problem with my account and I was emailing Art Lucero. He emailed me back (on a Sunday mind you) and said his team would take care of it. I got a call at about 9:30 last night (again, on a SUNDAY NIGHT!) from tmobile clearing up the problem on my account. I couldn't help but gush a little about how amazing tmobile customer service was when the right people are contacted. I expressed my frustration with the foreign call centers and the lady who called admitted that was an issue they were constantly working on. She emailed me a little later with final instructions on how to completely resolve my problem and hooray, we're taken care of.

This is what I've come away with from this whole experience: TMobile is a great company when you go directly to the top.

With 10 flights from yesterday and not a lot of activity, I was thinking apple kept them alL for themselves again. I hope you are right!
