Not sure but some keep bringing up that we're all entitled but having a more reliable and less stressful process with some decent product availability is not that much to ask. Have at least some stock to sell on the launch day you told people that you will sell them on.
Not shut down or whatever other craziness you suggested above.
Yeah I'm tired of this entitled BS talk, so I guess those people waiting in line for days at the Apple store for a Plus model and got told on Thursday afternoon/Friday that they had NO Pluses shouldn't care because if they got mad then there all a bunch of entitled cry babies

Okay, much more reasonable. Yes, it would have been nice if there were more units available, but I've never been involved in mass manufacturing so I don't know the kind of struggles that Apple faces in this regard. I do know, however, that iPhones are far more popular than almost all devices sold internationally. More and more people buy iPhones every year, but I doubt the manufacturing process gets much quicker year to year. Again- I don't know. You could be right and it's just a significant lack of foresight. I personally don't buy that, but who knows.

Personally, I'm more frustrated with the way T-Mobile handled their end of things, specifically with JoD customers. No way to order online, the wrong phone number listed when you click on the "Shop" button, and a vaguely defined down payment policy? Even if it somehow takes longer to get my phone, I think I'd rather start purchasing my phones from Apple.

When this thread started it ask, which iphone are you getting.
All of us probably have mentioned that, now we are waiting on our iphones.
Not everything in life is positive, although alot of it is, there is nothing wrong with having a discussion amongst common people, it doesn't have to be all positive all the time.

I know that is not an easy process and the demand is very high.
But after all these years they cant somewhat predict demand and have a somewhat normal release with decent availability? A company that's worth over $500 Billion we're talking about here with over $220 Billions in cash reserves.
 
I just got a call from T-mobile Executive-I sent an email to John Legere early last week concerning frustration about the phone order process. I wasn't expecting a call back. Nothing really new, she apologized and said that supply was very tight for the launch and I am in the initial shipment of the 256gb black plus. She said T-mobile has not received ANY 256gb Black or Jet Black plus iPhones, yet. She was able to give me firm numbers on the EIP, confirmed since I did my EIP before Sept 15, I don't have to do ONE and can stay with my simple choice plan (which I kind of knew anyway).

She said my card has already been charged (it hasn't yet) but she noted that it will likely charge in the next 24 hours. She said that I should have the 256gb phone by week's end and gave me a direct line to call her if I don't see it moving this week.

Nothing I didn't know before.

so that means they have 128gb black plus?

Wasn't the offer open to the iPhone 5 with additional down? She noted you had to have initiated the trade in before September 15 to keep the Simple Choice plan.

I didn't read over everything in the offer, but yeah, I am going to have to pay some of the phone, since it is a 5.
I ordered on 9/9 like a lot of the other people on here on this pre-order thread.
 
Oh I'm having a blessed day man. Woke up, went to church, heard a great sermon, spent time with family... Man one monkey doesn't stop this show.

It's funny that you guys think just because someone thinks differently then you they must be entitled, or self-absorbed. Honestly with each day that passes I don't feel anger towards T-Mobile or Apple I'm more just annoyed. And the excitement that I once had about getting my phone is slowly diminishing at this rate by the time the phone shows up I'll be on to the next thing. Don't blame that on me blame that on a society that had made us believe we are all a little ADHD.

I never meant that's what YOU were saying but there are some bullies on here that like to judge others and call names and act like we are the childish ones when they are exhibiting the same behavior. There is that better.

Now let me stop before the moderator comes for me again for just stating my opinion in an opinion orientated environment. Lmao.

It mentions that the iPhone 7 Plus was not tested to see if it had sapphire glass, I don't know if anybody has been tracking that.

I also found another article about the hissing noise, seems by this article the hissing isn't an issue hmmm, although the site starts with an 'i' don't know if they are apple caterers or not

Tmo did as well. Verizon and AT&T are still fulfilling preorders, just like Tmo :)

Everyone's in the same boat. It's not carrier related. It's supply related.

I talked to a T-Mobile CS manager yesterday as well. The 32 and 128 go black plus is estimated to ship 11/1 -11/15 if you were to order now. The 256 gb is scheduled to ship between 10/03-10/10 if you ordered now.

With all of that said, the CS manager phone said estimated ship has been constantly fluctuating. He noticed that when he went to call me the estimated ship date for a new order on 256 black was 11/1-11/15, but by the time our call was wrapping up 25 mins later, it changed to 10/03 - 10/10.


In all I think this is being a little overblown. As stock arrives in apple and T-Mobile retail, people will cancel, and bump everyone else up.

Not quite-it appears they are also having similar delays. Late November for the jet black plus in 256gb!!

I've given up, personally. It will get to me when it gets to me. Too much time and energy expended on constant refreshing...hopefully it will come this week for me. This is a supply issue from Apple.
 
I hate to tell you this, but you Cannot sign your EIP over your phone. It doesn't matter if you use an app that looks like it works. It doesn't.

Just got an email to return my device by 9/18.... but I haven't received my phone yet.. 128gb matte black 7+ ship dates 9/19-9/26
Wife got her phone on launch day, and doesn't have to have her trade-in sent until 10/10... must be an error on their part (in your case).
