Can you please elaborate on what is executive office and why would they call you to update on status. Did your online status update from "Being Processed"
Usually Mondays and Thursdays.....Some even Weds
If I am not mistaking, they get inventory in every day. I remember for my iPhone 6 I called 5 stores a day until someone had what I wanted.
Hopefully we will get our phones soon.

Close to me too. 7+ MB 128. I had the order in by 12:16 AM (via phone) but didn't get my emails until 4:20. 4:20 was the time stamp on the order. I've spoken to them about that bit and they gave me a $50.00 bill credit. Hope we get good news in the AM!!

Glad I could help although I would take the info she gave me with a grain of salt...she claimed to have another system that only they could check which let her know it was in their warehouse already but Im honestly not sure how much of it was to keep me calm and how much was true. I'll post more info tomorrow if I do get any movement.

No matter what they do or as much as they mess up it is perfect for some I guess.
These botched iPhone releases are far from perfect and there's lots of room for improvement.
Some try to say that it's not possible for them to have enough supply to meet demand or at least have phones to sell on your release date instead of sending everyone home after they waited for a long time.
That's not normal to me no matter what excuses some will try to make for them and make it sound like that's the only way this crazy process can go down every year.

How about trying a bordering country such as poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Moldova or Russia? A European Union country will have more western products available and would be easier for a Ukranian citizen to travel to and from

I put in enough time inquiring I guess. My order was placed hours before the time stamp and I was assuming that's why I got pushed to team 9/27-10/10. Proud to be a part of such a team though. Trapped in the land of confusion.
I tweeted the tmo guys letting them know of my frustrations this being the 3rd year in a row where being a jump customer has prevented me from ordering at launch. One of them got back to me asked me for my phone and account number and I received a voice me from a woman in the "office of the president of tmobile" I believe her voicemail said. We played phone tag for a bit and finally connected a couple of hours ago today and that's when she told me my status. As for my "order being processed" status, no that hasn't changed but she said that's normal and it shows up different in their system. Again, not sure how much was to appease me and how much was factual.
Think its different for everyone i got charged around 3pm friday and had my tracking around 11pm that same day.
I float from Android to Apple often and love to excitement of my Apple Folk, man there are so many threads that pop up regarding iPhones. On the Android side there's still excitement just a little more subdued. But what I will say for the most part when Android Manufacturers mess up we give them hell. Lol. I guess the difference is there is more of them so if one messed up you can just move along.Lmao
