You guys need to stop complaining about waiting for your iPhones.

Because apparently it is a privilege bestowed upon you by the iPhone Gods to wait for a phone that you may have dropped up to $300 dollars on to come in to your existence in one month, two months, or maybe even three months. You should all be honored.

Everytime I am able to buy something that I consider hi-tech I feel blessed, always an experience.
Especially, when I look back at the days when I couldn't afford to go to the store and by staples I needed to buy, now I take that for granted from time to time.

How is everyone talking to these execs? Who are they? And why do they know? Any way for us to check ours with them? I'm hoping mine is ready 7 plus MB 128GB ordered 9/9 morning and EDT 9/27-10/10
They are pretty much reps that work for the office of the president. You can get a hold of them by emailing John Legere or Art Lucero and they will have them contact you.

I tweeted the tmo guys letting them know of my frustrations this being the 3rd year in a row where being a jump customer has prevented me from ordering at launch. One of them got back to me asked me for my phone and account number and I received a voice me from a woman in the "office of the president of tmobile" I believe her voicemail said. We played phone tag for a bit and finally connected a couple of hours ago today and that's when she told me my status. As for my "order being processed" status, no that hasn't changed but she said that's normal and it shows up different in their system. Again, not sure how much was to appease me and how much was factual.

That was helpful thanks. I am in same boat will be interesting to know how yours changes next week

From T-Mo... in regards to my 256GB order.

Mariyah T: I was able to check here that the device is still under backorder. I see, thanks for sharing this with me. Since the order is first come, first serve basis. Rest assured that you will get the device within the estimated hip date of 9/19/2016 to 9/26/2016.

Mariyah T: This status indicates there is no available inventory of the device at our distribution centers. Estimated ship dates may vary depending on future inventory availability and will include dates for when equipment on order is expected to arrive.

Mariyah T: I deeply apologize for the hassle and inconvenience that this has caused you and I somehow wished that I can do more. However, with deep regret, I do have limitations. Rest assured that I will fully notate everything that we talked about for reference.

Don't forget they are launching in more countries also. Manufacturing capacity would need to be increased significantly for them to accomplish what we expect. I think efforts are already underway with respect to that. I'm not saying Apple is doing everything perfectly, but I'm sure it's no small undertaking.

There's countless of other companies launching products and selling items internationally.
How do you announce and release products and you dont even have any to sell?
You're advertising this great new anodizing process and how cool and great this new Jet black iphone looks and you dont have any for sale? You have a release without any iphone 7 plus models? Where's the common sense in this?
Like really? And this is all normal, perfect and good? There's no other way to do it because of fiscal dates this and shareholders that?
But yes, we are all just entitled. We should feel privileged that Apple agrees to take our money and get us what we paid for a few months later.

I am JOD customer and had ordered 128GB 7+Matte Black on 9/10. Estimated to ship 9/27 - 10/10. I had $1 pending authorization on my CC but since Thursday that charge has disappeared from pending charge and the CC hasn't been charged. Anyone knows what's going on?

Sorry, pal. Hope you have a great day!!!!
Oh I'm having a blessed day man. Woke up, went to church, heard a great sermon, spent time with family... Man one monkey doesn't stop this show.

It's funny that you guys think just because someone thinks differently then you they must be entitled, or self-absorbed. Honestly with each day that passes I don't feel anger towards T-Mobile or Apple I'm more just annoyed. And the excitement that I once had about getting my phone is slowly diminishing at this rate by the time the phone shows up I'll be on to the next thing. Don't blame that on me blame that on a society that had made us believe we are all a little ADHD.

You're right- Apple should shut down, profusely apologize to the owners of all Apple products for their incompetence, and divide their bank account out to all their shareholders.

See, I can put words in people's mouths too.

So in other words the way it is now and been going on for years is perfect?
It's my fault and the millions of others waiting. We're just all entitled.
Entitled to get something we paid for in a timely and less stressful manner.
Thank you for your valuable input.
Yes, it's fine, actually.
Seriously? It's actually STRESSFUL for you not to get your new iPhone to replace your existing iPhone for an extra week or two? You can't survive without it? Who's really making it stressful? Not apple.
Your welcome for my valuable input. Anytime!

That 1 dollar thing is just more of a check to make sure they will be able to charge your card.

That would actually make a lot of people happy in the tech world, need I say Android fans, except all of their customers would be like whaaaaaa?????????

Let's bring this all back to the positive discussion it was meant to be. Yes we're all a little frustrated, but from past experience it seems like us in the 9/19-9/26 boat will be seeing movement tomorrow. So we can all look forward to that

Not sure but some keep bringing up that we're all entitled but having a more reliable and less stressful process with some decent product availability is not that much to ask. Have at least some stock to sell on the launch day you told people that you will sell them on.
Not shut down or whatever other craziness you suggested above.

Its weird though, im JOD and ordered the same phone at the same time and I'm pretty sure i never got charged $1. Wonder if I should be worried?
