If I were you, I wouldn't depend on t-mobile for any life-saving transfusions.need to inject iPhone 7+ into my blood stream....
I ordered mine on the 9th but due to the systems being down it did not process until that night and I did not receive my emails until the next morning. My estimated shipping date is 11/01-11/31 which makes no sense to me because thats what the chart for ordering today says as well. Anyone else having this show up? What is the point of staying up to pre order when it is not even going to ship before November.
I asked T-Mobile Twitter Help that question and they never responded. Smh. To be honest, I have a feeling that we will get them 2-4 weeks. I highly doubt Apple will have customers wait that long for us to get our phones. I believe those dates as based on what T-Mobile published to make sure they don't under estimate delivery.
Yes, I'm calling it. lol Will have our iPhone 7+ by next month.
Nice try but it doesn't matter to me weather I get it now or next month.
The reason I got it from tmobile is because of their free upgrade offer when you trade in an iPhone 6 or 6s.
If it wasn't for that id probably hold off another year with my iPhone 6 Plus.
I'm just having a discussion and pointing out the obvious and continues issues with this and every iPhone release. No need to personally attack me for not bowing down and kissing up to almighty Apple.
Why would you get upset because someone speaks the truth about apples release shortcomings and incompetence?
exec relations is who i was talking with.
I asked when the order from Apple will be delivered to T-Mobile to fulfill orders to customers. This was the response. They don't know.
You're mistaken. They're going through the tmobile distribution center at the ups hub in louisville. I received 5 regular 7s on Friday in three tmobile boxes, they were shipped from tmobile, not foxconn in China.Well wait, unless I'm mistaken (I don't think I am) Apple ships the phones directly to the T-Mobile customers, they don't drop them off and then T-Mobile (or any carrier) sorts them and ships them out. They are shipped directly from Foxconn to the customer.
That's one of the reasons why I haven't called and complained about my $20 assistance fee they tacked on to my order yet.You are right it shows up under plans, I have lost trust in reps will wait until I get my device in hand before making any change who knows they may accidentally cancel my order geez!

For their orders from their website they ship direct from China. Full tracking too through UPS.No Apple ships directly to the carrier than the carrier to the customers. Apple on the other hand does it differently. not sure how they do it.

It seems it's like a huge lottery.I don't understand how this is working. My exact same order which was ordered the 9th at noon says November and T-Mobile can't give me any explanation except that there is a "huge demand."
I have tweeted them multiple times about my frustration
