The reps really do not know what they are talking about. Ordered three 32GB Matte Black Plus at noon on the 9th and they said it won't ship until November because they have to find them to be able to group all of them together.. They are exactly the same. How hard can it be? Then changed their story when I said other people are already getting theres. They are literally clueless. Beyond pissed after dealing with them until 9pm on the 9th to find out my order was placed all along, but no one could "find" it.

I ordered mine on the 9th but due to the systems being down it did not process until that night and I did not receive my emails until the next morning. My estimated shipping date is 11/01-11/31 which makes no sense to me because thats what the chart for ordering today says as well. Anyone else having this show up? What is the point of staying up to pre order when it is not even going to ship before November.

I asked T-Mobile Twitter Help that question and they never responded. Smh. To be honest, I have a feeling that we will get them within 2-4 weeks. I highly doubt Apple will have customers wait that long for us to get our phones. I believe those dates are based on what T-Mobile published to make sure they don't under estimate delivery.

Yes, I'm calling it. lol Will have our iPhone 7+ by next month.

Thats what I was thinking too. I talked to a rep today and basically she just said to go find the phone in a store. She also told me multiple stories of why the phone wouldn't be here. T-Mobile on Twitter has been no help to me today. I have tweeted them multiple times about my frustration lol I'm cool as long as we get them by November! That's the reason I stayed up until 3 am to order the phone lol

Nice try but it doesn't matter to me weather I get it now or next month.
The reason I got it from tmobile is because of their free upgrade offer when you trade in an iPhone 6 or 6s.
If it wasn't for that id probably hold off another year with my iPhone 6 Plus.
I'm just having a discussion and pointing out the obvious and continues issues with this and every iPhone release. No need to personally attack me for not bowing down and kissing up to almighty Apple.
Why would you get upset because someone speaks the truth about apples release shortcomings and incompetence?

Funny. You not getting your phone now was what kicked off your entire argument, and you blamed the pre-order process, Apple's supply chain, their planning, etc, etc. It's very easy to be the armchair quarterback when you're not the one in the game. But ok, you don't mind waiting... Great!

And I was just having a discussion as well, and was voicing my opinion, which differed from yours. And that's fine, as our opinions don't have to agree, but the fact that you think your opinion is not an opinion, but "the truth" as you call it, really says it all...

To be honest, it really doesn't matter to me how upset you get. I'm perfectly happy waiting for my iP7. If it comes sooner, then great. If it takes a few weeks, no big deal, I just keep using my perfectly functioning iP6s+. Hopefully, you get yours soon too.

exec relations is who i was talking with.

I asked when the order from Apple will be delivered to T-Mobile to fulfill orders to customers. This was the response. They don't know.

Well wait, unless I'm mistaken (I don't think I am) Apple ships the phones directly to the T-Mobile customers, they don't drop them off and then T-Mobile (or any carrier) sorts them and ships them out. They are shipped directly from Foxconn to the customer.

You're mistaken. They're going through the tmobile distribution center at the ups hub in louisville. I received 5 regular 7s on Friday in three tmobile boxes, they were shipped from tmobile, not foxconn in China.

You are right it shows up under plans, I have lost trust in reps will wait until I get my device in hand before making any change who knows they may accidentally cancel my order geez!
That's one of the reasons why I haven't called and complained about my $20 assistance fee they tacked on to my order yet.

It's too easy for them to *clickclick* "Alright, I did go ahead and take off that $20 fee however we are going to have to re-order your phone. Your new estimate is December 15-31. Have a great day, thanks for using T-mobile!"

Wow that is strange last year they did not come in T-Mobile boxes they came in white bubble rap.

I had initially pre-ordered the 7 128 gb JB and had a 9/27-10/24 ship window.

After seeing videos of how easily it scratched I called in this morning and cancelled that order and pre-ordered the 7 128 gb MB and now have a window of 9/22-9/29.

I figured as I would just have had to put it in a case anyhow, why wait that long for it?

No Apple ships directly to the carrier than the carrier to the customers. Apple on the other hand does it differently. not sure how they do it.

Just received my matte black 7+ 32gb. No issues and restored perfectly.
No flaws or "yellow screen" that I can see. Haven't had much time to play with it though.

I'm trying not to strain myself thinking about it but maybe it did come in a T-Mobile box last and and it was the year before that it just had white bubble wrap? Oh well...

I went ahead and cancelled my order for the iPhone 7 Plus 128gb Matte Black. Long story short.. I had my iPhone 6s Plus 64gb on JUMP1. Called to preorder 3:00 AM est on the 9th. I told the rep to do a JUMP1 upgrade to the iPhone 7. Thought everything was good until I reread the EIP agreement they sent me later in the day. It turns out it was processed as a regular update to JOD. Called asked if they could just switch it back to my JUMP1 was told that it wasn't possible and I would have to cancel and join JUMP2 if I wanted to JUMP. Thought about it and was willing to keep my place in line and Join JOD while still paying for my iPhone 6s Plus. Got impatient seeing the iPhone 7 Plus 128gb Matte Black from the other carriers so I cancelled my order and made a reservation for the Verizon version and the Apple store. Went to the store bought my phone and now I sleep peacefully not worrying about when my phone will ship.

I know my phone would have prob been here this week (hopefully) but it is what it is.

Hope you guys get some news soon.

Just got my UPS email again. iPhone 7 Plus - Matte Black 32 GB is ready for pickup.

Good luck to everyone waiting but T-Mobile is indeed working hard!!

I don't understand how this is working. My exact same order which was ordered the 9th at noon says November and T-Mobile can't give me any explanation except that there is a "huge demand."
