Nope. On either MyUPS or T-Mobile and CC charge. Original dates were 9/27-10/10 for the 7+ black and 11/1-11/30 for the 7 jet black.
I dislike T-Mobile as much as the next guy because of this going on. But I can't say hate cause they did add in my plan unlimited data for all my lines at no extra charge til feb. 2019 that's one reason why I'm not moving to a different carrier. I think sprint is the worst.
Yeah, JOD is a dream come true for people who don't have diehard brand loyalty.
And of course, all the amazing free promos that come with Android flagships these days, are just a total bonus. In the last 6 months, I got a free Gear VR, year of Netflix and a Gear Fit2. And I currently have none of the devices those promos were attached to. That's JOD bliss

So after the recommendation of some on this forum, I decided to email the executive team. Part of me feels bad for doing it but at the same time, I feel that as a customer, management so far has been very dismissive and rude, despite my extremely polite demeanor. Again, called at 12am pst, old Jump! customer, got someone immediately, she had computer issues resulting in a 25 minute delay in completing the order. Ship date listed 10/25-11/11 for JB 7+ 128gb. Unfortunately, completely forgot to include the order number in the email so will see if they respond. I'm not expecting to get bumped, but something to suggest my customer loyalty is valued. But fingers crossed for an update on the release date since the other carriers are getting their phones.

She said she couldn't comment because she couldn't promise anything but the phone was definitely assigned. With overnight shipping confirmed.Bummer the conversation never finished wonder what she had to say

I'm in California, But its not just the taxes & Fees, the post I replied to was only lists $653.99 as the price of the same phone as me; and, the Due Monthly amount is higher for me as well.
I don't think there is any sort of conspiracy here. Tmo is pumping them out as fast as possible. Is it perfect, no. Is it the same with every single carrier and even ordering directly from Apple, yes.
