For getting refunded those "assistance charges" of $20/line, T-Force can do that for you. Just tell them that site was down for you when you tried to do it. No JOD required. I got my $40 back with a one simple message.

T-Force told me: sorry, to balance it out check out awesome T-Mobile Tuesday freebies. LOL

So I called in to see if an IMEI had been attached to my order funny thing the rep that answered this call was the rep that helped me place the order on 9/9 she had IMEI was not on tied to my order yet but she said that she see that a major shipment comes in the 27th which should be the day my phone ships

how is this FAIR? people who ordered on 9/9 still waiting....

For what it's worth, I tried to order 9/9 at 3:01 am EST, got told JoD could only be done in store, lost the call. Exec office contacted me that morning wanting to help finish the order. And am still waiting. Granted it's a 128GB Jet Black, which seems to be the last of the bunch, but just wanted to add.

I ordered on 9/9. Like I said in my post and previously, i spent 16 hours trying to order before the system accepted it. Trust me, if there were a way to expedite the process I'd fill you guys in on it.

Seriously, I stayed up to preorder at 3am EST but system crapped out. Finally finished the order at 3:20 am, but now apparently people who placed orders way after have their phones shipped already? What's the point of preordering if they're not going to prioritize those who ordered first. I'm too done with T-mobile, wish I stayed with AT&T tbh.

Edit; I get that some of you tried to order early but TMobile crapped.

I thought the exec team's prioritization thing was BS.....but now i think it can be done

This should be a forum that helps share info, updates and stories about preorders. Helping fellow iPhone and Apple lovers out.

It shouldn't be about judging other's situations when we're all here for the same common goal: getting the iPhone 7/7+ we preordered. Whiny? So what? Some of you are over compensating by trying to take it out in a mean way on other participants.

I wish you all nothing but the best in getting your phones and every happiness when you do!

I'm sorry but people are just being ridiculous. It's sucks waiting, I know it, but there's no point in constantly complaining and calling T-Mobile every 5 minutes.

I wish the same for everybody, but people just need a big chill pill.

128GB Black iPhone 7+
Preordered On September 9th
Signed EIP at 1:00AM PST 9/9/16
Estimated Ship Date 9/19 - 9/26

Called Customer Service They Said It Should Ship By The 26TH And That It Is Not On Back-Order.

Contacted T-Mobile Help Through Twitter They Say It Is On Back Order With A Shipping Date As Far Away As December 12TH.

Sticking with AT&T And Preordering Through Apple I'll Probaly Get My Phone Faster Through Them. T-Mobiles Unlimited Data Talk & Text Sounds Good But Not worth This Long Wait I'll Pass. SMH!

Called T-Mobile Customer Service Again And T-Mobile Help Online Via Twitter Is Correct About The BackOrder. You Guys Might Wanna Call And Check Your Status. The Rep Claims Some Stores Are Receiving 7+'s Before Them And To Purchase From Them And Cancel Online Orders.

I'm fine with people in this case getting priority, but when people are ordering 9/14 and getting devices shipped, and we're still here waiting after ordering 3a on 9/9, that's what makes me annoyed.

online chat rep did not say anything about iPhone assigned to my order :(

Same thing happened to me. Called at 11:58pm, told store only. Called back at few minutes later and then the system crashed. Called again 30 minutes later and told the system was accepting all preorders EXCEPT JOD. T-force reached out at 3am, they couldn't get it through so they tried 7 times that night while I napped for a bit... not one of those went through either. Went to a T-Mobile store where the rep tried and the system wouldn't accept it. She called corporate and they told her to try a different computer. Didn't work. The store visit alone was two hours of waiting. The exec office reached out after I explained how JOD customers were locked out to John over twitter. Art reached out, then I went to get a walking boot put on my foot (unrelated icing on my preorder hell). Someone called, apologized, FINALLY got the order through... and then I waited.

Long story short, I don't think any of us are "gaming the system". There's even more to this story, but this is enough for context. Hope everyone else sees movement soon.

How much they changed you for the memory upgrade?

Update! I've got tracking info!

Context: 128 Gb black 7+. JOD Order placed by exec response team on 9/9 4:30pm-ish (after 16 hours of trying online, phone, t-force, and in store). EIP signed 9/10 (after the system blocked it for a day). Given 9/27-10/10 window. Billed this morning. Now this.

(Check post history if you need more proof; I'm not at a computer at the moment)

Sad place to find out life isnt fair. I ordered before all of you probably. But i take this as a promising sign for the rest of us. At least we know T-Mobile has received some phones from Apple and are slowly fulfilling orders. Just not in the order we had been hoping.

I ordered a black 7+ 32gb at 3:15am est 9/9. I was the second person my rep had helped. The process was fast and seemless, i had no wait on the phone after first trying the website. My order confirmation was signed, submitted and accepted electronically before 3:20 est. So i assume im towards the front of the line of "normal" customers.

Not sure if anyone else knows this but I was just told that if you have multiple phones on a single order they wont ship any until all are available, I asked this prior to ordering and was told the opposite....

I have a friend that's a regional manager/director of some sort, out in the DC area. I never try to abuse this friendship, and I only have ever called him about TMO stuff when I've been repeatedly unsuccessful at getting a native English speaker on the phone to resolve any issues, or get obviously erroneous information. As soon as I messaged him, he started to preempt me with the "Bruh... I have NO idea when these things are getting in..." thing, which made me actually laugh out loud. I just wanted to ask him a few questions about some things I had l read in this forum (mentioning MR forums made HIM laugh out loud).

1. There is no "priority list". Customers may be getting told something in an attempt to placate them, which is inappropriate, but there's no "express" line or anything. Some people are (rightfully) being compensated in some form for complications with TMO's website during the launch, but not advanced placement or bumping other customers

2. New customers/transferring customers are not prioritized over existing customers in any fashion. This was the one I kinda pressed him on... just the thought of it bugged me. He said any incentives for new/switching customers is spelled out up front, and are usually in the form of discounts or some other financial method. Never with shipping a product - especially an iPhone on launch.

So... take from that what you will. I'm satisfied with that, and I trust this guy. As for the actual shipments, guess I'll start looking next week.
