These people talking about "im contacting the exec team" "they promised me priority" really? My gaawddd you guys sound so whiny lol ;)

The way I see it is that I/we took the time to get up in the middle of the night and spend hours trying to give a company money for a product. The process should have been simple - place an order and receive it in the order that your order was placed. However, their systems (mostly JOD) did not work as they were supposed to. However, MANY of us had to jump through multiple hoops just for that simple process to be completed and now shipping timelines are completely messed up. For the people that really care about this, escalating the issue with the executive customer support team is completely justified. I know this is a stupid thing to get worked up about, but I am, and many people here are. We just want the company to make things right for the people that were, "theoretically", inconvenienced by their mistakes.
 
Not sure if anyone else knows this but I was just told that if you have multiple phones on a single order they wont ship any until all are available, I asked this prior to ordering and was told the opposite....

That certainly explains some of the delay - I wonder how constrained they are on the regular BM iPhone 7 32 GB model. Probably even more so than with the Plus versions given that it's effectively free, modulo tax, with their rebate.

SHIPPED!!! Tracking number isn't working yet, but I'll (obsessively) keep checking. We'll see how quickly it makes it's way to Minneapolis.

I guess I'm trying to be half full here, but I'm hoping that since a handful of people are getting their 7+ 128GB Matte Black that more are coming. I got up like everyone else and I'm scheduled for 9/19-9/26. I would love to get my phone ASAP but as long as I get it in the timeframe, no real reason to get angry. Now if it's late, then I'll see if T-mobile will do something or compensate. Other than that, they haven't missed their time frame. It sucks seeing others get there's before me, but it is just a phone. It'll get here.
