Like some of the others, I had to call in and get T-Mobile to remove the 2x $20 ($40!) charge per line they added to the pre-auth amount for "pre-ordering on the phone". That's some gall given that their web site was non-functional from the get-go, and my order page has been completely broken in My T-Mobile since 9/9. At least, there was no prompting needed to get them to take it off ..
