Like some of the others, I had to call in and get T-Mobile to remove the 2x $20 ($40!) charge per line they added to the pre-auth amount for "pre-ordering on the phone". That's some gall given that their web site was non-functional from the get-go, and my order page has been completely broken in My T-Mobile since 9/9. At least, there was no prompting needed to get them to take it off ..

I seen everybody else posting that they got charged so I said let me check my account. And sure enough I have a pending charge. No info on my ups tho

I ordered iphone7+ 128gb MB on sept9 at 5 am est and I just got a charge to my CC hopefully I get tracking soon

I was just charged at I pre ordered in store at 10pm central on 9/9
 
got charged! 128 GB Plus in Black. any way to check UPS or anything? how quickly do people get their shipping notifs after this?
 
Since there's no way to get the phone online using JOD they can waive the $20 fee, they try to charge me for that and finally they waive it because of that and some people in this forum is also saying that costumer using JOD should not get charged for that.

Because it is a new JOD, no trade in, it's 128GB, plus taxes and the 20 dollar fee they charge.

The colors are Black and Jet Black.

"Black" is the name of the matte black color

Except a guy on a page back in the 300s referred to his phone as "Black", and when asked which one he clarified by saying "Jet Black". So I can't assume everyone knows what everyone means. So to help clear confusion and makes sure everyone has accurate info it wouldn't hurt for extra clarification.
 
No charges here on my 128GB Jet Black + but when I go to check my order it shows up but when I click on it it errors out and says currently unavailable. First time that has happened to me.

I was told by a store employee that he could take the old phone right there in the store

You can take to the store. Just call ahead to be sure they accept them at that particular store.

That's great, because I was chatting with Tmo rep on Facebook Messenger and he was adamant that you have to use the label to send it back and you cannot do it in store....
