Has anyone seen any corroboration as far as when the planes land in Anchorage and when their order first shows up in UPS? I noticed for my wife's 32 GB Rose Gold 7+ last week, hers had a "United States: Order Processed: Ready for UPS" at 5:39 PM EST on 9/14, before getting an origin scan at Louisville at 10 am the next day. I wonder if that 9/14 one was when it got into Anchorage?
Would definitely go to my standard store where they accepted my last year's Jump device...Also, I think it is better to return the phone in store than to rely on the USP to reach T-Mo and waiting for them to confirm...Also, is it better to activate the new iphone in the store after returning the old or should we activate the new device and then go to the store to just return the old one?
Yeah I know I ordered before a lot of these people and nothing yet. That's the part that annoys me. There is no queue. That's BS. Pretty ticked right now.
Not possible. When we placed the order, we were promised overnight, if they change it to 3 day there will be a lot of angry people lol

Tried ordering at midnight PST on 9/9 but the system was down, so I called in and the sales rep also had issue placing an order. She took my info and assured me she would take care of it and call me in the morning. Order went in around 3am PST, signed EIP as soon as I woke up which was around 7:30 am PST. Original ship date scheduled for 9/27-10/10.

I and my buddy are in the same boat. We ordered well before several of the folks reporting charges here, but we've got nothing.
Seems like the whole idea of having a place in line is total hogwash...
Definitely return your trades in store, you get a receipt and the knowledge that they have accepted it as um, acceptable. Anything else is just playing the lottery with what was almost a $1000 device.
Tmobile customers are kind of screwed because we cannot order via IUP online and have to just pray for stock in an Apple store. No problems for those on EIP trading in a device to tmobile directly though. I'm sick of jump and want to jump the hell out of it but I'm am stuck between a rock and a hard place. At least all of the other carriers can just set it, order online via apple, and forget it..

3am EST is when they opened, no? I ordered just after midnight her on the west coast, so it must be true.
No, not yet. I was charged for the +128gb a moment ago, but not for my +256gb MB.
