I thought that once you activate your new device (Which supposedly have a SIM) the old device would automatically be deactivated, then just return that old device to the store....i did not know that you have to actually switch the SIM

You can't order for T-Mobile online from Apple for EIP either. Jump or no Jump, it doesn't matter. You have to pay full upfront for T-Mobile when ordering online. This has be because of their #uncarrier system.
 
Ordered 9/9 still no charge and doesn't even reflect my monthly JOD payment

I actually have email confirmation showing my preorder time. My EIP was signed before the time in the picture, but that's when they sent me the email

Pre ordered 9/9 @ ~8:00am CDT

Order window was 9/27-10/10 (edited)

Is there anyway to get a tracking number with ups besides the reference, since that doesn't work this time around?

Really? You ordered at like 11:45 the next morning, pretty sure most of us who just got charged ordered right when the preorder opened

question for most is it normal for my 7 pluses that im waiting for to be under completed leases for JOD

Got my wish, I was charged about two hours ago. No notification or shipping info from T-Mobile yet.

My preorder was supposed to be JOD but I just realized today that they actually placed the order as a non-JOD order. Too late to change now, I'm just no longer JOD.

I think they switched me from jod to regular jump... not sure I care at this point. I'm not going to raise any more questions until I get that last iphone in my hands.
 
Just spoke with a member of the exec response team and they told me the shipping dates, as far as they know, are accurate but they are doing whatever they can to get them out quicker then those dates.

I read many posts ago that the reference section doesn't work? I hope I'm wrong in that assumption though. I did just make a My Choice account on UPS to cover all of my bases.. But yea, I doubt there'll be a tracking number for a bit yet. :(
 
My matte black 128 g 7+ just charged. Still waiting on the jet black 128 g 7+ to charge. Was the first to order with my rep at 3am EST. 9/19-9/28 shipping estimates.

T-Mobile, how much do I loathe you? So much mis-information from CS reps...urgh. They tell me BACKORDERED, on website is says the following below:

iPhone 7 Plus 128 Silver

Order date: 09/09/2016 at 05:24 AM PDT
Order status: Being Processed

Estimated to ship: 09/27/2016-10/24/2016

I actually ordered at 3:20 AM PDT but, oh well. Anyone in this same boat? Help me, show me the way!

Of course it could be different, but it worked for me a month ago with my Note 7. Think it showed up a few hours after being charged for it.
