I originally ordered At 3:01 and my order was cancelled whe the system glitch happened. They could see that I had ordered but it didn't go through. I contacted corporate and they "prioritized" my order. You can look in my history and see the original post
 
Well I thought my 6s plus screen protector would work for this and it didn't. I ordered the amfilm HD screen protector, but used my old one by cutting it for the time being. I've been using amfilm for a long long time Andy they are awesome!

Thanks! Ive been using techarmor since iphone 5 but for some reason their iphone 6s screen protector isnt sticking well on either one side thats why i am looking for a better one.

Well if both you and phantom5251 were prioritized by the exec team, I may not be lucky then today. After my many calls and emails, I received no reassurance or assistance despite the issue being solely on T-Mobile's side.

Totally screwed by T-Mobile. Called at 2:59, placed an order, they charged my card $1.00 and now I've been told that it was never placed. I'm so done with t-mobile!
This is my original post here. I emailed John Legere and someone got back to me from his office.

May be worth a shot contacting John or Art Lucero on Twitter? Given the various vines of communication in T-Mo, hard telling if it will work, but guess it couldn't hurt? I think somebody posted the generic exec response email address as well?
