I did the Twitter thing initially and John was part of the Tweet but nothing came from it. I sent an email to them a few days ago and have not heard back. I appreciate the response. I may not have put the exec team on the email and may have instead just used John. Perhaps I should forward?
Try Art Lucero. I was just really friendly in my DM to him, let him know what happened, and he said he'd put me in touch with somebody on his team, and sure enough somebody called not too long after. I guess regardless if the priority thing is fluff or not, I dunno, but the reps on Art's team are EXTREMELY friendly, easy to understand and will at least get the order right. Last year, I had one of the phone reps order me two rose golds when we only wanted one, and then this year's was getting told at 3:01 am I couldn't do JoD on the phone, somebody was going to call me back, never did, etc. So I just remembered Art from last year.
