I did the Twitter thing initially and John was part of the Tweet but nothing came from it. I sent an email to them a few days ago and have not heard back. I appreciate the response. I may not have put the exec team on the email and may have instead just used John. Perhaps I should forward?

Try Art Lucero. I was just really friendly in my DM to him, let him know what happened, and he said he'd put me in touch with somebody on his team, and sure enough somebody called not too long after. I guess regardless if the priority thing is fluff or not, I dunno, but the reps on Art's team are EXTREMELY friendly, easy to understand and will at least get the order right. Last year, I had one of the phone reps order me two rose golds when we only wanted one, and then this year's was getting told at 3:01 am I couldn't do JoD on the phone, somebody was going to call me back, never did, etc. So I just remembered Art from last year.

Art helped me last year when my Jump date was wrong, and helped me this year when my rep I had on the phone at 3am put my order through at 9:30pm.

He got my order straightened out, and knocked $198 off the order ($99 per phone) of the two 128GB MB +'s.

Some comments on my Sprint 128 7+ Matte Plus, I mean T-Mobile

- Matte Black is SHARP, guy in IT just had to set up corp mail, showed it off to the rest of IT. All agreed they getting one, It looks good.

- Definitely faster, screen is tad sharper to my eyes and overall looks even better (didn't think it could)

- Impressed with photos and especially in low light. Really big improvement there.

- Taptic Home: I like it. Never liked feeling a physical click. Felt plastic

- The hiss gate. Oh yeah you can hear it when it's taxed, like backing up from a restore, etc. BUT....who the hell is going to put this to their ear there? It's SO minimal. if this bothers you, wow. No way a camera/video picks this up. Maybe louder on some, but honestly...almost like hearing the ocean with a tiny crackle.

I like, sure it's not a huge upgrade from my 6s+. BUT, I'll take the storage, camera, waterproof and sharpness factor. Overall improvement in speed too. When you come to forums like this, you guys/gals all probably know what I'm talking about

I can't wait for next year's lol
 
They've really improved the haptics this time. From selecting in the wheels to letting you know you've zoomed out all you can in Safari. Just wish they could have done the same with the keyboard.
 
no charges for me yet, IP+ MB 32gb ordered 9/9 at 3.44, EIP signed around 10, 9/27 - 10/10 estimated hsipping. Still shows "being processed"

Meanwhile my current phone decided to give up on me and now I need to waste money on a pre paid phone or cancel my order and just get whatever is in store. great.
your minutes after me you should be getting something soon

Because you ordered a Jet Black 7+. There's just not enough to go around. There's very few in the wild even from Apple. Ordering from T-mobile just makes it an even longer process. With the way the system was backed up during pre-ordering there seems to be a lot of people who ordered early but had their orders pushed back.

The rep who I ordered from told me that it would be available on the 19th. And that I wouldn't have to pay the $20 per line sim startup fee. I feel betrayed.
 
Guys, unrelated but I cannot sign into Tapatalk, Macrumors forum. Just says connecting to server. i've made sure my credentials are correct. Any of you having this issue?

Still waiting.... 128GB MB 7 Plus. Re-ordered on 9/14. EST is 10/10-10/24. No charge, no nothing.
