Everything has gone smoothly for me - ordered a Black 128 7 with EIP, got a shipping date of 9/15-9/16, and my credit card was just charged a few minutes ago... but I'm concerned that someone somewhere screwed something up...
An email I was sent says that I accepted that my iPhone 6Plus is worth $0 as a trade in... Should I be chasing T-mobile around and making sure they didn't screw up?

This is what I got and have the same dates. I figured this would be one of the most popular models.
So after my JOD fiasco (see my earlier post), I had ordered an iPhone 7 128 Jet Black (glossy black), finally got a ship date of sometime in November, last night I decided to try what you did. After looking at the estimated ship times I went with the:
• iPhone 7 128 Black (Matte black), and now have a ship time of:
• 9/15-9/16!!
I think I'll still like the matte black over the current space gray, and, since I'm on JOD, when they catch up to demand with the Jet Black (glossy black), I may actually try the iPhone 7+, just really want it for the camera and a couple other minor reasons.

Actually it turns out that was only last year's 6s deal. This year it's full retail price if you want to buy it out. Still, I love the flexibility to buy the new iPhone every year for the normal downpayment price.
