"Web upgrade." Did you order online?
To anyone else who has been charged... are any of you JOD customers who ordered over the phone?
Yeah, online was a smooth process.

Honestly I think regular JUMP! is better than JOD.

I second this about twitter - they're the best reps they have. Anything I need I go to them and they're on it VERY fast via DM.
Dude seriously, anytime I complained they were quick to DM and look at my account, they offered to order it for me but I went with online.

I loved jump before I got spoiled by JoD...

Last year I got the 6s plus and it was perfect during the winter. Until the spring when I went running with it, or even tried to fit it into my waterproof kayak case, the thing is just too big for an active lifestyle. I swapped it out for the 4.7. Now my plan is to swap the 4.7 for the 5.5 and vice versa when I need to :).

I'm on Jump! On Demand, which makes the phone about $60 cheaper than retail, I believe, but even then there shouldn't be a $300 gap between our two.
Because with JOD your only paying for 18 months with a bigger payoff at the end if you decide to keep it.

That's what I did and I'm checking hourly to see if my money has left the building yet. :(

I'm also getting to the point that I'm on my phone 24/7 checking both T-Mobile and my bank account. I'm going nuts. T-Mobile show me a sign!!!

Delivery got changed to UPS Expedited Next Day :D

I see this thread going down a bad path so let me warn you now. Lol. This same thing happened with the Note 7 preorders, the phones were charged the Saturday before and people even had shipping labels, some phones even said delivery on that Monday but the phones sat there at ready to ship at least until Wednesday. Me and most people got ours the day before the official launch.

This happens every year. There's going to be some charges that are pending.

It doesn't necessarily mean an earlier ship in most cases though

Yup I'm trying to warn them in an earlier post. Lol. First comes yay! My card was charged. Then yeah my phone shipped. Then by Monday afternoon. Man the is bullsh*t. The rep said I wouldn't get charged until it shipped Lol.

So when I login to my T-Mobile, I don't see my order. However, when I use the app, I see the order but can't see the details.

Should I be worried?

Where is the best place to check the status? switching from ATT to T-mobile. so no offical T-mobile account yet. Order both 7+ at 12:10am but still not charged

I just talked it over with T-Mobile. My downpayment + 18 monthly payments ($504 total) + $216 buyout at the end adds up to the retail price of $869.99. Plus 8% tax = $939.59. I guess my initial math was off. haha

When I had my JoD at the store, the rep told me that with JoD they dont charge you taxes for the phone? In my computation - i think i saved $200-$300 for my iPhone 6s.
