Thanks for the article, but when has apple used ships? I thought they used DHL and FedEx cargo planes.

I got charged yesterday in the morning label was created and then today I finally saw movement for delivery.
Crap! I knew I forgot something. Original Estimated Delivery window was 915/916. But I got a call a couple days later and they had a problem with my order. I got bumped to 11/1-11/30. Called TMO and they said the best they could do is 9/27-10/10. So later than originally promised, but earlier than the reschedule
so if we get charged today- we wont see our phones until Monday right? maybe even Tuesday?
is there a way that we can schedule a pickup with UPS for Saturday?

Spoke with a representative with the executive team. We got nowhere. Instead, the rep tried to upsell me. Seriously?
I guess everyone who originally ordered a JB saw the estimated date and cancelled and got the MB instead. Thus pushing the JB dates up.

I emailed him and Art Lucero concerning how my initial order had to be cancelled and replace by a new one with a later shipping date. I have not heard back from them or anyone, I think they have received so many complaints over this pre-order mess that they gave up on replying.

IP7+ MB 32gb, ordered 9/9 at 3.44am ET (eip signed around 10 after they botched the first order). ESD 9/27 - 10/10
I know it's Apple's fault for not providing Tmobile with enough phones.
But imagine if Tmobile has these phones in stock and they have meetings every morning deciding which group to screw over? Than they come here to this forum and read all about our whines. It's what entertains them.
