Yeah my box had none of that. No return label or packaging material for the old phones.
What a messy situation.
Did it at least have those air cushions in there? I keep all of my phone boxes, so we packed up her old 6 (minus cables, ear pods, etc.) and used the same packaging they sent us. Worked out okay.

I've always returned them to a T-Mobile store,

I always return them to a T-Mobile store..they will inspect and generate a shipping label. I always do jump on demand upgrade over the phone...
Don't doubt you; just repeating what I was assured. I'd prefer to take them to a store, if only to discuss the crediting face to face with an English speaker. Plus, the post office on base here is still a bit iffy when it comes to shipping lithium batteries.

I was told before pre order starts that i can use the $165 credit either to my iphone 7 and spread it for 24 months or pay off my existing EIP.

Its annoying how different reps tells is different informations.

Seems like a good time to start a separate thread now that we will be moving on to the next stage of pre-order - 'T-Mobile iPhone 7 trade-in credits nightmare'

I just got off the phone with another rep.
She told me to just stick it to any box and put on the label. I told her if I just stick it in any box the phones might break in transit.
Then she told me its ok just put it inside the iphone 7 box and send it in that lol :D
I'm not sending them back my iphone 7 boxes.
And I'm not going to go buy boxes, bubble wrap or packaging material.
What a mess.
Then she was like ok to go your tmobile store.

What's your order number I have same one waiting order number S01762xxx

Does anyone know if you're not home do they just leave the package on the porch or do I need to be there to sign?
[doublepost=1474720380][/doublepost]Also since we're waiting if anybody has Xbox one and wants to play nhl 17 drop your gamer tag hahha

Depends on whether the shipper requires a signature and 90% of the time they do. However, even if a signature isn't required, it is at the discretion of the delivery guy/gal to leave the package unattended.

Same name or address should be fine. I have done that a few at my UPS center. One time actually, even my address didn't match. I just told them the name on the package, showed them the tracking number on my phone and my ID and they let me pick it up. But the later seems like a YMMV thing so I would just call.

EDIT: They also verbally asked me to verify the address on the package in the second case since it didn't match my ID.
So my mom's name is on the delivery because she is the account holder. However my ID says the same address. Will I be able to pick it up still?

Good God... they're probably just swamped. I'm sure all of those reps have aged tremendously this week alone... I'm literally laughing at her suggestion, though. I'd get a couple of those padded envelopes and stick them in those, then maybe put them in a box. If you have the store option, though, take it.

"Put it in your iPhone 7 box..." so they can accidentally mail it out to someone still waiting in this thread? Nah...
