T-Mobile has confirmed that even though my phone was charged on Friday and I have a shipping label and tracking number that my order did NOT ship yet...they are saying HOPEFULLY tomorrow as they are still showing some phones still on backorder. That puts me in my original shipping window. Maybe all of us charged on Friday will have our phones tomorrow! I can tell you I will NEVER preorder anything again from T-Mobile, I have never had any issues before with Sprint who I was with for over 14 years. I know that I am getting my phone (hopefully) in my delivery window but this whole preorder has just been so messy and sloppy and just a pain in the butt! Good luck to all of you.
You said in a previous post that your original ship date was 9/27 - 10/10. Why are you so pissed off and feel so entitled?

So anyone in the 9/19-9/26 group like myself, T-Mobile has till today to ship everything. I was also charged for my phone on Friday.
Give T-Mobile some slack.
