This forum is addictive! I have my phone but can't stop reading this. For the ones with shipping labels are no scans yet, please try to be patient... I think that T-Mobile doesn't let the phones go until the charges are posted (strange to me, but was my experience)

Also, just hang in there. You've waited this long-- your new iPhone will be there before you know it!

Has your estimated ship date come and gone?

No - though I'm not sure what that has to do with the reasonableness of the expectation that you get the item at or near launch when you order within hours of the window opening, and only that late because TMO's systems took a huge twosie that morning.

If you have one those defective units, you can get it replaced from Apple. If you are within 14 days, I think the process is a bit different. You have to contact your carrier first and mail them in. But I am not 100% sure on that. Frankly, I would personally wait until that wait period is over and deal with Apple directly since they give you replacement phone on the spot vs dealing with any carrier. Also, no you don't need AppleCare for this since this is covered under standard 1-yr warranty.
Wondering if they give you a new iPhone or a refurbished one.

I ordered on 9/9 during the first 10 minutes over the phone. The t-mobile system was so overwhelmed I don't think that processed my ordered till 9/10 bc that's when I got my agreement to sign, and because I was traveling w/ t-mobile I didn't have reception and get to sign the contract till 9/11. When I check t-mobile site it says the order was placed on 9/11. I ordered a 128 gb MB 7plus. I haven't been charged yet. I ask t-mobile and they tell me I maintain my original place in line 09/27/2016 - 10/10/2016... this is a lie right? I see ordered placed on 9/10 on here getting shipped already.

I got Next Day Air Saver. Interesting..

Refurbished ones aren't availabel this early in the product lifecycle, since, well there aren't many units that have been marked as defective, sent for repair, refurbed and back to sale OR enough time :)

Either ways actually, I am still fine. Apple refurbs are basically new. I don't mind that.

One of my iPhones, a 7 Silver 128 GB was supposed to be delivered by last Saturday. Still no charge on my credit card and zero changes in my T-Mo account, which has a downtime rate lately of greater than 70%.

Another day of no changes.

Ha! good point. I agree. I've had like 3 iPhones replaced by apple right before their 1yr warranty expired for minor issues (two had a software issue and another just wouldn't turn on) those 3 replacements worked without a problem until I traded/sold them.

Sure that's reasonable to expect, but if your ESD hasn't been passed, or you have had your dates changed in your order status based on availability, then you really don't have a leg to stand on when it comes to being "upset". Get over it! It's like this every year, and the hardcore users (being an iPhone user since 2007), know that this is expected. It's like this with almost EVERY apple product launch (with the exception of some iPads).

This does seem to be more of a TMobile problem than an Apple problem though being that the other carriers have their devices for the most part already. I got my Matte Black 256gb *PLUS* from Verizon on the 16th, TMobile peeps didn't receive any yet from what I had seen

Wow. I got charged on Friday. Showed up as a temporary authorization to T-Mobile in the amount due on one phone. Never got any other updates. UPS label and tracking was never issued. Today I wake up and find that the charge never went through on the account. It has disappeared completely.

Me I got charged Friday- ordered 9/11 around 8/15 CST estimated 11/01-11/30 ship estimates. Charged Friday 9/23- received shipping label at 5:15 this morning with "processed, ready for ups"!
was your order prioritized? and if so when was did they prioritize your order? how long from prioritizing to you getting charged?

Happened to me as well...T-Mobile says its normal as they are just making sure the funds are in the account. They will charge when they actually ship the phone. I was worried as well! Good Luck!

Maybe T Mobile was just checking to see if the card is active for the futur when they will charge you?

I was charged on Friday, I received my tracking number Sunday afternoon and my phone will be delivered tomorrow per UPS MyChoice but I decided to do pickup so I can pickup my phone right when I get off work at 8:30am since the UPS depot in Las Vegas is only like 15 minutes from my job.

My estimated time of delivery was "by the end of the day 9/27/2016" because I live out near the mountains and I'm always the last stop for UPS and FedEx drivers. My phone will get to Las Vegas sometime today if it's not here already and then sorted tonight for pickup tomorrow. UPS typically shows "out for delivery" by 6:00am when I get stuff delivered so that means my package was delivered at least the day before at the UPS depot.

Don't worry your phone will be with you soon, it's not T-Mobile's fault but I do believe that checking these forums daily and listening to other posters getting their phones makes us far more stressed out than we should be honestly.

Is your UPS status past ready for UPS? Did you get any other scans yet?
