Carrier iPhone 7/7+ T-Mobile Pre-Order Thread

So a very 'well informed rep' (LOL!) said that there wasn't any batches of the 9/27-10/10 that came in so we can't expect to see charged or shipment information tomorrow. But like everyone else who's been here for 700 pages know, that we can't always believe them. Haha! So I do expect to see some people charged. Even if it isn't me! :)

Good luck I changed my delivery address and now I'm in the dark also changing the address delays your delivery by 1 day

If they said not to expect charges... expect charges.

I've learned that you can't believe one word that a T-Mo rep says. They swore up and down that splitting up my order would not cause me to lose my place in line and that my credit card would be charged that afternoon for one of the phones and it would ship the following day.

The result? 6 days later, no credit card charge, no phone, and the other phone order was pushed from the end of October to a new date in early December.

I'm tired of the lies, empty promises, and wasted time. I will never ever order another phone from T-Mobile ever again. Like I said before, I don't care if John Legere delivers it himself in a pink tutu and gets on his knees...I am not wasting my time ever again!

I preordered a jet black 128 plus at 5am est after getting through online. 11/1-30 ship date. Cancelled my order and preordered the silver 128 plus instead on 9/12 with ship date of 10/4-10.

Weird thing happened-- the other day I tried my phone # on ups for a reference number just for fun and it showed delivered on 9/14. Kind of seems like they never changed the reference number and delivered my original jet black to someone else ;(

Otherwise, patiently waiting. Contemplated everything from going to Apple instead or just getting the regular 7. But I did already but the leather case for the 7 plus already.

T-Mobile makes it so complicated to correct an issue or if you change your mind.

Emailed the exec team again this morning- no reply to the email I sent friday night, and no reply to the one I sent this morning. Heads will roll.. :eek:
 
Did anybody's Iphone that had a UPS say "Ready for UPS" and was suppose to be believed today been delivered? I am expecting to get mine tomorrow but its stuck on Ready for UPS Pickup
 
Charged on Friday with UPS tracking number on Sunday with supposed delivery date of today. Still nothing and now Tmobile app finally says shipped with no further tracking info. I would hope it would be delivered tomorrow but man slowwwww.
