so according to tmobile, if your card is declined they have to wait 5 business days before re-charging the card....how does this make sense? and he even admitted that it would delay my order.
 
People charged Friday with marked Shipped by T-Mobile Sunday night, do you think we will see updates tomorrow morning with phones delivered or do you still think T-Mobile did not deliver them yet into the hands of UPS?

Charged on Friday with UPS tracking number on Sunday with supposed delivery date of today. Still nothing and now Tmobile app finally says shipped with no further tracking info. I would hope it would be delivered tomorrow but man slowwwww.
Did anybody's Iphone that had a UPS say "Ready for UPS" and was suppose to be believed today been delivered? I am expecting to get mine tomorrow but its stuck on Ready for UPS Pickup

Same here at this point I'm doubting we get them tomorrow ups doesn't even have our phones yet

Hey guys, long time lurker first time poster.

I ordered a 7Plus RG on 9/9 with customer service. I specifically told them to use my JUMP! The order went smoothly and had no issues about the JUMP! system crashing. This should've alarmed me since I saw that everyone who used JUMP encountered problems with preordering. When I saw my order on my T-Mobile account a day after, I saw that my line was just a regular Upgrade basically. I received my phone last week and am trying to return my 6SPlus for the JUMP! My local T-mobile store is basically telling me I need to send back my new 7Plus and start a whole new order to be eligible for the JUMP upgrade which is complete BS. Has this happened to anyone yet?
 
Ugh... storms building around KSDF... hope this doesn't delay anything.

just got off the phone with CSR and asked what the deal was why some people that was getting there jet blacks and I'm still stuck in nov and she told me she had no idea and if i had proof i said yeah i seen a pic of proof and she litterly told me if i had there order number they could look at it and give it to the right team and investigate this in my mind thats not gonna help lol.

This isn't true, I was charged and declined Friday afternoon and re-charged Saturday morning. Got UPS tracking today.

Hope I'm not annoying everyone lol just posting updates to help. Ordered 7+ 128 MB using JOD, order began right after midnight 9/9 before problems caused it to be completed early 9/10. Signed the agreement soon after that. ETA is 9/27-10/10 and there has been no updates, charges or changes since I placed the order.

Charged Friday around 2:30pm, shipping label created Saturday 5:30PM. Label has said Order Processed: ready for UPS since Saturday. Any chance this changes tonight for delivery tomorrow?
 
So I just called UPS gave them my tracking number and I had an expected delivery of Tuesday, they said they have had no scans of my iPhone and I should call tmobile to see if they gave it to them? Did anyone else who got their phone already not have any updates or anything like this?
Having the same exact issue . They said it was physically on the truck today and would be delivered between 3 and 7 pm. I called again to see why it never showed... they connect me to an "iPhone specialist". They precede to tell me that they never got it and to call Tmobile to see if they have even shipped them.
I asked why they would tell me it was on the truck if their info was that they never got it... "we don't know, but we don't have it".
Needless to say I am highly irritated and ready to cuss these idiots at Tmobile out for the way they have gone about this. It's a damn phone! It isn't this serious, and should not be so difficult as to give people who have preordered a status update so that we are not sitting here in the dark. I should be able to know exactly who what where and when anything happens when my money is being used.

I've learned that you can't believe one word that a T-Mo rep says. They swore up and down that splitting up my order would not cause me to lose my place in line and that my credit card would be charged that afternoon for one of the phones and it would ship the following day.

The result? 6 days later, no credit card charge, no phone, and the other phone order was pushed from the end of October to a new date in early December.

I'm tired of the lies, empty promises, and wasted time. I will never ever order another phone from T-Mobile ever again. Like I said before, I don't care if John Legere delivers it himself in a pink tutu and gets on his knees...I am not wasting my time ever again!

Dude. You're the one who split up your order. That was a foolish move on your part. Why would you ever trust what a phone representative says to you? Getting a job in a call center does not exactly require wits. Why don't you just try to reserve one at an Apple Store, cancel your order and be done with it.
 
It's very possible that things will start moving either late tonight or early tomorrow morning. I was charged on a Tuesday, UPS status was in "ready for UPS" until Thursday morning. Thursday morning at about 7a was when I had the origin scan and had my phone at about noon, the same day. So, it's possible most of you will have your phones tomorrow.
