just got the e-mail from T-Mobile. got the tracking, but it hasn't been updated yet. probably has to be scanned by tonight.

lucky. i'm pretty sure they'll figure it out and revert it.

Now I see this on mytmobile as well as a link with my tracking number.

are you sure it was refund? usually they bank put a hold on the amount of the transaction for the merchant to claim. it's like they reserve this amount of your money until "t-mobile" is ready to take it. but there's a period of 4 days for the merchant to claim the money, if they miss that time frame, the money goes back to you.

I don't know. thats what they told me. If you shipped then you should be fine. us who haven't had any update besides a tracking number and charging is slowly changing.

100% sure it was refunded. It was pending for 3 days then my wife couldn't figure out why we had so much extra money and i asked her if it was $272.74 and she said how did you know. i replied back to her F**K T-MOBILE REFUNDED MY MONEY! DON'T TOUCH IT. lol

So this t-mobile rep i am talking to talking with her supervisor and her supervisor heard of a lot of issues with the billing system at the distribution warehouse. She promises i have a phone ready to ship. I said ill believe it when i get it.

I saw mine on my confirmation of Jump on demand lease agreement which was attached to an email I received from Tmo after getting an earlier email today from them saying my order was shipped.
 
My tracking on UPS just updated with an origin scan with updated scheduled (not estimated) delivery for tomorrow (9/27). My T-mobile page still says being processed, but I'm assuming that will update soon since UPS is indicating its in their hands now :)
 
Once planes land in Louisville, will that mean a lot of us waiting for tracking status updates, will begin moving?

If you go to pay bill, then go down...if you have JOD or EIP, your phone should show up there

I have not gotten a text or an email from tmobile but on tmobile it say my phone is shipper however its ready for ups still and delivery supposedly tommorow

Multiple people said the same thing i have. so it isn't just me. I need all the luck i can get.

:eek::D:D:D Usually the bank returns the money to your account it happened before on my past orders on T-Mobile sometimes they take the money 4 day after receiving my order ;)
 
ok. so i received the e-mail that the first phone has been shipped. when i check my t-mobile account, that phone is missing.
