I JUST GOT MY TRACKING NUMBER! I was charged on friday. It says US. Nothing else though, so I'm assuming it just landed in alaska?

Edit: WTF? It says estimated delivery is today, and the label was created saturday.

However its 7:43 PM, how could it be today?
 
T-Mobile just refunded my money they pulled on Friday.... I am on the phone with them now to figure out whats going on.

Very odd the same just happened to me. It definitely wasn't like this earlier today. Hmmm that's very weird. I'm officially over it now

They do that sometimes. I dont know why but everytime I pay for my bill it goes through then it comes back to my account and 3 days later they take it again.
 
So why create a label?! Check funds for what though?! They need to be checking for phones. Smh a bunch of bull

Automated system... when the phones come in they slap the stickers on and recharge the card and our for delivery. That's why we are seeing 2,3,4 days of **ready for ups**

Wait let me see if I'm getting this right. The automated system does a verification hold, and this creates a label? Does that mean that our phones will ship this week or are we back at square 1? Sounds like that's something they should do when we placed the orders. This was a big tease. I was without 221.76 for two almost three days.
 
Why would T-Mobile text me to say phone was shipped if they don't actually have stock.

Exactly! Well in my defense I haven't received a text, email or mytmobile update- just the created label on ups mychoice and what appeared to be charge.
 
my charge is still under "pending charges" - it hasn't finalized.
today is the last day of my ship by window- if it doesnt i am going to be contacting T-Mo CS and/or EO

Dude. You're the one who split up your order. That was a foolish move on your part. Why would you ever trust what a phone representative says to you? Getting a job in a call center does not exactly require wits. Why don't you just try to reserve one at an Apple Store, cancel your order and be done with it.

I was sitting there patiently waiting my time in line for my two T-Mo phones to arrive when T-Mobile sent me a text saying that I could get one of my phones sooner if I called this 1-800 number. So I called the number and was instructed that one of my phones would ship the next day and I would absolutely not lose my place in line for the other phone. They re-assured me 3 times on this, so I went with what they were advising.

Yes, I agreed to split the order, but only because T-Mo prompted me in more ways than one to do so.

I'd love to go in and pick-up an iPhone at the Apple Store, but T-Mobile is effectively giving me $900 for two iPhone 5s's with their trade-in promotion deal. (In my case, I will keep both iPhone 7's for 24 months, so I will realize the full $900 in value for the 5s trade-ins.)

I'm upgrading because of the trade-in deal, without it, no deal.
 
Just got my tracking number. However both UPS and tmobile says it should arrive today. Even though I just got the tracking number and it's 8 PM? How does that work lol?

I have this happen with certain things from time to time. When I was with AT&T it would happen every time I paid my bill. The funds would be withdrawn immediately. Then a day later the charge would disappear from my account statement. Then a day or two later it would reappear for good. I really hated that it worked that way.

So rule of thumb. They didn't refund the money unless you actually see a charge back deposit on your account. If you see a charge appear, then disappear, it still went through. Just one of these weird bank things.
