I was told the exact same thing.Was on the phone with T-Mobile representative for another matter and inquired about this, since I haven't received a cc charge, and am not able to view my order online and she said that in case where there is a wrong cc information, you will get a text message and/or email, and have 96 hours to provide an a/c to charge before you loose your place in line. I hope this is accurate and something you can bring up with the Manager.

Call John L's office. If it's their screw up (i.e. you ordered early with the rest of us but their screw up pushed your date) they can move your ship date up to where it's supposed that be.
At what point did you find out about the wrong card #? Did you ever get a text or email confirming the order?
Totally weird. My rep just took a card number and knew what kind it was just from that info.

This morning. I received a text to process order. I would not have been informed of a wrong billing card if I didn't reach out to them based on this thread. When I called they read off a completely different number. That's when I said the number was wrong and asked to speak to a manager who said the only way they can modify the billing information is if they created a new order.

Not here. It wasn't even a card I ever used. At this point, my other order was cancelled the manager just said fill in a new order you'll be waiting until November and I snapped back and said yes because of t-mobile not for anything I did wrong. Wasn't offered a credit or anything.
On my next call today I was offered a bill credit. But even still I have to wait because of t-mobile. For the third year in a row
