Was on the phone with T-Mobile representative for another matter and inquired about this, since I haven't received a cc charge, and am not able to view my order online and she said that in case where there is a wrong cc information, you will get a text message and/or email, and have 96 hours to provide an a/c to charge before you loose your place in line. I hope this is accurate and something you can bring up with the Manager.
I was told the exact same thing.

Here's my T-mobile HORROR story:

I spoke to a T-mobile representative earlier in the day on 9/9 and she told me she would schedule a call for me between 2:55-3:00am. I was very happy with her service and had high hopes things would go smoothly. I woke up at 2:45 to prepare and just read my Twitter timeline until 3:01 ON THE DOT I get a call from the T-mobile rep.

Pre-face, I am a T-mobile Jump on Demand customer and I've actually been very happy with the service so far. The representative quickly gets my information, we have great small talk in between. I let her know the size and color I wanted of the 7 Plus and she was able to input all the info. When she goes to submit she gets an error so she puts me on a hold. She comes back, asks for the info one more time to verify and encounters another error. By now it's about 3:20am and we've got no successful the pre-order. She comes back again, one more time we try and it gives her an error. She tells me that she can continue trying and she will make sure it goes through and starts telling me the next steps, email confirmation, sign the agreement.. In the middle of her speaking THE PHONE CALL CUTS AND SHE'S GONE! I wait thinking she'll call me back since she has all my info and we had been bonding over our phone call lol.

NO CALL BACK, NEVER HEARD FROM HER AGAIN. I tried calling back and I was given absurd wait times of course. No support call or anything helped me. Basically I was out of luck. From having such high hopes, to everything being crushed... sad day. A T-Mobile rep said it is to be expected since it was such a massive pre-order situation. But I don't get how it is to be expected when all the representative had to do was call me right back.

Now I can only hope that I can go to the store early on launch day and see if they've got the iPhone 7 Plus I want.

I'm so happy for all of you that had an easy time and I feel for all of you who have been through the ringer <3

Any idea about what in store stock might look like on launch?

the stores don't even know until 9/15 call the stores after 2pm and find out is the best way to go.

I have been watching my cc account to see what the activity is.
Ordered a 7+ case from otterbox and got three transactions listed :(.

lol SAME here.... Just ordered my glass screen protector and case

I've learned from past pre-orders not to rely on the delivery dates given to me by the carriers. For the past 4 years I've had dates ranging from launch date to november and every single time I've received my phone on the release date. So I'm confident that will happen again no need to stress or call reps because they have no idea when you'll actually get the phone.

Usually I get tracking number a day or two before it arrives. Also in my experience I don't get my CC charged till it's been shipped even the $1 for the $1 place holder. I think by Wednesday people will start to get tracking numbers just like every other year.

My card has not been charged yet. But per my CC they did check my card on the morning I ordered. However it doesn't show on my account. Usually I see a $1 placeholder. Anyhoo, still holding out hope for my 128g jet black plus on launch day. I'm also hoping to win the lottery!

Call John L's office. If it's their screw up (i.e. you ordered early with the rest of us but their screw up pushed your date) they can move your ship date up to where it's supposed that be.

Apparently not. I don't think calling would help especially since the jet black color is gone. I'll probably switch to a different color so it may arrive sooner but it still sucks.

At what point did you find out about the wrong card #? Did you ever get a text or email confirming the order?

This morning. I received a text to process order. I would not have been informed of a wrong billing card if I didn't reach out to them based on this thread. When I called they read off a completely different number. That's when I said the number was wrong and asked to speak to a manager who said the only way they can modify the billing information is if they created a new order.

Oh yeah, beyond upset at this point

Totally weird. My rep just took a card number and knew what kind it was just from that info.

Not here. It wasn't even a card I ever used. At this point, my other order was cancelled the manager just said fill in a new order you'll be waiting until November and I snapped back and said yes because of t-mobile not for anything I did wrong. Wasn't offered a credit or anything.

On my next call today I was offered a bill credit. But even still I have to wait because of t-mobile. For the third year in a row

Jeez, sorry domineus. That sucks my friend. They should give you the phone for free at this point.

I changed my mind last second from a 256 Jetblack 7+ and the site crashed ended up with a 128 Rosegold 7+...my date says 09/19/2016-09/26/2016 still order processing :rolleyes:
