I pray I'll get it on launch day and these are just placeholders lol.
If anyone with shipping date of 09/27/2016 - 10/10/2016 gets their card charged, would you be kind enough to let me know?

What a nightmare...I called them at 2:50am and got through immediately (good sign). People on the phone were really nice and helpful. After waiting about 55 minutes on hold I was told that the JOD system was down and I could not place my order. I was told that the moment the system came back up I would receive a call back and could not hold because it was a company wide outage. I ended up calling back and got the same answer from someone else at about 4:00am. I then went to sleep and never got any calls back.....I woke up at about 6:55am and called them back...at that point I was able to place my order and get everything finalized and was told there was no delay in shipping at that time (delivery on the 16th).
I then log into my account after signing the EIP and find that my ship date is 10/25 - 11/11 ......
I am so disappointed with T-Mobile right now....
Call them back! I was in a similar situation and my original orders disappeared.

No way that is a bunch of crap. I would not settle.. you didn’t do anything incorrect, it was on their end. Did you try escalating it? I know that I would.And now I am slightly peeved.
The representative took down the wrong credit card information. I had to reprocess the order AGAIN
So I've been pushed back to november I am very pissed

Yep. LOL. Mine has a November ship date and I'm confident I'll have it Friday.Yea u remember last year everybody worried crying lmaooo. Still got their devices on launch day..
I ordered (or so I thought) my Black 7 plus 128gb at 3:07am est. but never received any kind of confirmation or email at all. I called back an hour later. The guy I spoke with said not to worry and that I would receive mine on the 16th as it will ship on the 15th. So still no email or confirmation as of 7am. So I called once more. This time the woman I spoke with seen notes that an order was placed, but no actual order. So she redid the order and still said I would receive the phone on the 17th (i guess it slipped a day). So then I finally get a confirmation of shipping 9/27-10/10. So I called back in. I was promised that these are just "place holders" or "generic dates" and given a personal line of this rep and her manager. She promised me that I would be receiving the phone on the 16th or 17th. She even went further to say that I may receive it sooner than that as she has seen that happen the past few years. I'm hoping that is the case. Just wanted to give this info to everyone who has the same est del date

T-Mobile hasn't ever shipped the iPhone so that a customer receives it before the launch date. I've been through them all. That rep may be referring to other phones where T-Mobile has shipped them early.
Also, T-Mobile hasn't shipped iPhones on Saturdays. So, unless this is something new they're doing this year, don't count on having the phone on September 17 (which is a Saturday).
I haven't received my iPhone 7 plus jet black in the mail yet but i think the box may have scratched it already

Call John L's office. If it's their screw up (i.e. you ordered early with the rest of us but their screw up pushed your date) they can move your ship date up to where it's supposed that be.And now I am slightly peeved.

People are getting tracking and getting cards charged. They are doing what they did last year. T-mobile ships them out and UPS holds them until delivery.

I ordered my iPhone 7 128gb Matte Black (T-Mobile GSM Unlocked) and it's scheduled to be ready for pickup on the 16th and it's currently on processing items. I never picked up an order I ordered online. Does processing go straight to "Ready for Pickup" and also, would I be able to track it since they're shipping from China?
They charge you taxes they are lying. Look at your EIP. It says clear as day.
The $1.00 amount is just to verify your CC.I have a ship date of 9/27 - 10/2 and I ordered mine on 09/09 at noonish because of a system crash. I see a pending charge from TMO this morning for 1.00 dollar. Any guesses what that means?
I used a debit card, and have not been charged the 1.00 hold. Contacted customer service to see if I should have of and they said not to worry everything was ok and I would still be charged as it ships.The $1.00 amount is just to verify your CC.
