i've given up on tmobile reps on ****ter. every single rep i spoke to has given me a completely different answer about my situation and order. i've come to the realization that no one there is trained properly to assist you with preorders like this. i'll just wait it out until 10/10 or until my local tmobile store starts carrying the model i ordered.
SAME! They pissed me off, they all give me different answers and then i later find out it was canceled and they were all just BSing me

wow. never received any text. or email. or phone call regarding my card attempting to be charged. Was never informed of everything period and not they are TELLING ME THAT MY ORDER HAS EXPERIED... WTF?!?! I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THEM TO LET ME KNOW WEN I COULD UPDATE MY PAYMENT METHOED SINCE THE REP TOOK DOWN THE INFORMATION INCORRECTLY AND SO I REACH OUT TO THEM TO SEE IF THERE IS ANY UPDATES AND IT IS "EXPIRED" THIS HAS GOT TO BE A JOKE.
this has to be an episode of punk*d

That's not a fair generalization. I've had 4 Galaxy/notes and none overheated. In fact my current 6 plus is the hottest running phone I've had. Doesn't mean it will blow up or catch fire.

that's why I said "the ones I've had" (re-read). I've had about 4 different galaxies, all of them had overheating issues and other problems which is why I'm trying my luck with iphone this time (first iphone ever for me!)

Lol. Yup. I ordered mine in store on the 16th.

I ordered mine the same day. I should have ordered it on the 9th, since I was up at 3:00AM to order a new watch; but with the Tmo website down, I didn't bother ordering a phone. I hadn't decided if I was going to hold on to mine for another year. I went to the Tmo store and ordered a 7 for my wife on the 14th and she got it on the 19th. I should have ordered mine too. After screwing around, I finally just ordered a silver 7+ 128 on the 16th, since the shipping window was 9-27 - 10-10. Hopefully we both see some activity soon. I need to quit watching this thread and checking my CC and UPS Choice apps constantly.

FYI guys... it is best just switch SIM cards. Save the pre-installed SIM for a rainy day. T-Mobile charges $20 a pop for SIM cards... even if it is related to a technical issue (like SIM card going bad). I keep saving any free unused SIM I get. (Remember... save UNUSED SIM cards. Once used, they can never be used again. )

Yep. JOD, ordered at 3AM - messed up - had to order again at noon EST. MB 7+ 32GB... The struggle is real...
That's almost the same situation with me, except I was told I would keep my place in line and they would be giving me a call back. They did later that morning around 10 am. Completed the order then.

i picked up mine earlier but have all kinds of stuff planned during the day- so it just there sitting in the trunk of my car. Will be setting up later on tonight. I mean i waited two weeks for T-Mobile to deliver- i can a few more hours to set up.

Some 9/9 people got charged on the 23rd, which is 2 weeks after their order date. So, if the trend continues, I'm hoping we'll see charges this Friday. I'm not complaining though if those charges come in any earlier for us, though.

I've never wanted to have money taken from my bank so badly, LOL.

I hope that's the trend, because that would mean I'd hopefully get charged on this coming Thursday.

Same though. I've made sure I had enough money in my bank account for the past two weeks almost.

I just got a new Sim card for free. She didn't even mention a charge. It probably helped that I walked in angry because I hate that I have so many issues and have to go to the store. If you ever need a new SIM card, just try that trick.
