That totally sucks!!! I'm really rooting for you to get your phone soon. Another thing you can try to root error out is adding the person's name as a variation of your first name where it has that option under membership information.

No..Origin scans occur when the planes land in Kentucky. Charges occur when the planes land in Alaska.

This is why every day charges occur from 2pm est to 6pm est. Because planes leave Asia in the mornings and arrive in Alaska at this time. Then those planes leave Alaska after charges occur and land in Kentucky where origin scans occur. The planes are just now landing in Kentucky, which is why you got your origin scan.
