Same but ours hasn't been handed off to ups though T-Mobile say it did and ups site say it didn't. Ups says it was to be delivered 9/26/16 . I've seen at least one person been stuck in this for week and still going. How does T-Mobile lose phones? Or are they just being mean to us.Depends on what day it is. I got charged Friday afternoon, got a tracking number through My Choice on Saturday but it didn't have any movement until it left Louisville at 11 PM Monday night and I got it this morning (Tuesday). So technically it shipped in only 10 hours total.
