I just checked and on the website my order is gone. Under the little alerts tab it doesn't show my phone anymore

it means yours is being processed. that's what happened to one of the phones i ordered when it was being prepped for shipping.
 
Whoever said to download the app and not go by the website is a Godsend. I have no updates or charges but I downloaded the app and I see that I have a delivery scheduled for tomorrow end of day. From T-Mobile. So I guess I'll be getting my 7+ 128 MB! I'm so psyched! Going to wait and see and not get my hopes up yet but I'll be optimistic and let everyone know.
 
Don't know what's worse.. waiting to get charged or waiting for T-Mobile to give UPS my phone.. the latter is more annoying I think
 
Been busy today but after getting an origin scan at 11 pm MST last night, my phone left Louisville and heading to Phoenix where it drive to Tucson and was held for pickup. I picked it up about 9:45 this morning :)

Ordered an iPhone 7 Plus in matte black with 128 GB.
New customer. Ordered 9/9 about 6:30 PM.
Estimated ship date: 9/27 to 10/10.
Charged Friday the 23th.
No movement until about 1 AM Eastern today. Delivered about 12 hours later about 1:15 PM.

I second that question.
Depends on what day it is. I got charged Friday afternoon, got a tracking number through My Choice on Saturday but it didn't have any movement until it left Louisville at 11 PM Monday night and I got it this morning (Tuesday). So technically it shipped in only 10 hours total.
 
Did you download the UPS app? I ask because my tracking number was not showing on the computer website but as soon as I downloaded the app and logged in it was there. Also I'm sure you know this but just make sure if the order is not in your name, you add the person's name as a household member on your account and it should appear.
I added both of the people it could be as household members and there's nothing online or on the app
 
I second that question.

I was charged on Sunday. Monday they printed a label at UPS. Today around noon they marked the phone as "shipped" and they (like 5 minutes ago) just sent me an email with my new phone IMEI numbers. Looks like they'll pass the phones onto UPS tonight for delivery tomorrow.

So ready for my unicorn T-mo 7+ Jet Black phone!

I have an order number with #1764xxxx and I'm in the same date frame as you. I ordered 9/10 around 3PM PST and won't see my phones for 2 months. Awesome.
Just got a text as well. I'm part of the 11/01 - 11/30 club black 128gb Plus

I'm in the #S01763xxxx range of order #'s. Estimated 10/11-10/24. MB128+ Ordered 9/10 around 2pm. (after a cancelled 12am 9/9 order)

No Charge. No movement.

I did not get the text today reminding me of my shipping window.

Looks like my group is getting close. Fingers crossed they get some of my model in tonight.

Here's a heads up. DO NOT buy Zagg glass screen protectors. I "preordered" three - one for a 7, two for 7+, waited two weeks, then received three for an iPhone 6. There webpage makes it looks like they make one, but obviously they don't. What a waste of time and a ripoff. I could have bought these models at Walmart. No waiting.
 
Hey guys, this is a bit off topic but I sent in my iphone 6 with T-Mobile's Pre-Paid label last Weds. along with my brothers to T-Mobile. They were in two different packages, but were dropped off at the same time, at the same place, and were going to the same location.

My brother's package was delivered and his account was credited yesterday while my package is still stuck in "Acceptance" status with USPS. Has anyone ever had this issue? Any tips?

I do not want to be out an iphone6 while also having to pay full price for the 7 when it's supposed to be free.

Was it sent to Assurant? That's the company T-Mobile uses for trade-ins and insurance claims. Last year they gave me absolute HELL. T-mobile is close to losing my business because they use them. It took 6-7 MONTHS to receive credit or any kind of acknowledgement of my returned phone last year. That entire time, I was forced to pay for both phones and was a nervous wreck not knowing what to do. I called CC every couple days. T-Mobile had no clue where my phone was the entire time. At first they questioned my returning of it; only after my constant calling about it, did they bother to start many the "device research request " forms, (or whatever it's called)--months into the ordeal. They also like to use the phrase "2 to 3 or more billing cycles" when it comes to crediting customers for anything. Of course we would get penalized for each month we withhold their money, they can hold ours indefinitely.

T-Mobile forces us to use these labels for returning devices, yet told me they have no way of tracking them unless it's UPS. WTF? They even told me Assurant could lose it in their warehouse or have an employee steal it, and there would be no proof that I actually mailed a package with an intact, correct phone in it. So, to answer your question: yes it can take on average, 2-3 billing cycles (or forever), and they are very likely to make you pay until they 'process' your return and credit it later. I hope this is not the case for you, however. Good luck!
