Carrier iPhone 7/7+ T-Mobile Pre-Order Thread

Just FYI, I've had 2 different people in the executive office tell me 2 different things. One admitted that the order of the preorders got screwed up after doing research on many order numbers due two different systems and one adamantly insisted the order is being maintained (seriously, he protested way too much). Both admitted that when there was a serious failure on tmobile's part, then they were able to very selectively prioritize certain orders.
I just checked and on the website my order is gone. Under the little alerts tab it doesn't show my phone anymore
I think it's time for you to get in touch with the Executive Team now. You deserve your phone.
Mine is extra bad. I think I will order a replacement, but in the meantime I get to keep this until the replacement comes in, so that's good. Well hopefully anyways.
It's back now. Still says processing tho! Woohoo for no updates! Lol
That happened to me with the iPhone 6. Pretty sure it went out shortly after.

I've checked mine for a while today and haven't seen anything. So maybe it wasn't my batch today!
I'm in the same boat and I'm junking October too. I had a rep tell me 9/27-10/10 window but the online status says the November window.
im in the same boat and I was told the 9/27-10/10 window by the store rep and phone rep but my online status says 11/1-11/30. Hoping they are under promising on the web. I think we will get earlier than November

Did you download the UPS app? I ask because my tracking number was not showing on the computer website but as soon as I downloaded the app and logged in it was there. Also I'm sure you know this but just make sure if the order is not in your name, you add the person's name as a household member on your account and it should appear.

[doublepost=1475024560][/doublepost]So around 6ish I received a text from tmobile regarding my tracking number and everything was updated on tmobiles app as well. Went from being processed to shipped. And it just showed up on upsmychoice as delivery date being for tomorrow. Im happy but im not happy that im posting this while everyone else is waiting here. I really do hope everyones orders are pushed up to an earlier time because this whole phone business has driven us crazy!
Well lets hope they actually put our phones on that flight UPS has going tonight!
You should triple check that the shipping address that's shown when you click on your Order in the T-Mobile Order Status webpage is written EXACTLY the same way in UPS MyChoice. Even a small change might cause MyChoice not to show your Label:
Where are you going to order the replacement? Can you keep that one while waiting?
