Not sure. but what I DO KNOW is that I got charged on Friday-2pm for my 7Plus 128GB Matte and got a UPS Label created on Saturday-5am and got the T-mobile email Monday-10pm saying it's shipped and still as of now (Tuesday-3:20pm) there's still nothing on UPS, just "Order Processed: Ready for UPS"Quick question.. So yes i have been here for 730 pages, but it was kind of up in the air for a while about the shipping times . When its shipped does it take 2 days or is it overnighted to you?
My mother's 32GB 7Plus RoseGold DOES have the hiss gate. While my sister's 7 32GB Matte Black DOES NOT.I wonder if it is more of a matte black issue. That's why I'm wondering what colors have the issue. I'm assuming though that ones being sent out now are just going to have the issue too. So I am also debating just waiting a few weeks until they manufacture new ones. I am going to try T-mobile to see what they say but I also have a case open in apple so it is on record

Not that you want to hear it, but I received my Jet Black 256 7+ today. I got a shipping label about when you did.This is ridiculous.... Taking forever.... My tracking was created on Sunday.. 9/25/16 and this stupid system states it was created on 9/26/16 which is not correct.

yeah I'm done checking if it's meant to ship early october great if not nov it nothing more i can do.They're not going to know when they'll ship phones. The only thing they have to go on is the estimated shipping date so I wouldn't even bother checking with T-Mobile at all.

Think it's crap that someone can "call an executive" and get moved ahead of someone else.Got a call from executive customer service from art lucero's team and they told me that my 128gb mb 7+ was moved to top priority which means once they receive the phone they will ship out right away instead of waiting for my 10/11-24 ship dates cause of all the Mumbai jumbo lies I was told.
This is why I will be leaving T-Mobile under their "Lifetime Coverage Guarantee" clause for Jump On Demand customers.Also waiting in the 10/11-10/24 date. I just confirmed with a T-Mobile rep what we all already know: phones are being shipped as soon as they are received from Apple, blah blah blah.
So frustrated with this pre-order process.. two friends (one on T-Mobile received their phone last Friday and the other on AT&T got their tracking # last night for a 9/30 delivery but with a 10/3-10/10 period) already have their phones.
