Based on what I'm reading so far, people who preordered on the 9th/10th are getting charged and having their phones shipped consistently. I'm also seeing that it's mostly JB/MB phones being moved..

Anyone order on 09/15, silver 128 gig getting any updates?
Ordered on 9/16 and nothing yet either Silver Plus 128GB here.

Read my post from a few minutes ago. Stores don't do jump or EIP from what I learned tonight. And if you want to iUP, you'll need a credit card with enough credit available for your initial down payment of tax and first month due- plus enough for a total of three month worth of payments available on the card.
how does the IUP work? if suppose i want to upgrade next yr will the IUP be a good choice?

Last Friday, Chase blocked T-Mobile from charging me claiming it was "fraud". I immediately responded to Chase and then called T-Mobile within minutes to make sure they could reprocess my card. Updated it and everything. I was told I'd lose my place in line, even though others told me this wasn't true.

Today, almost a week later...

T-Mobile simply cancelled my order.

Thanks T-Mobile!

Now I have to call them and raise hell. I could live with my order being set back. However, simply cancelling the order without so much as a text is absolutely ridiculous, iPhone or not. Why don't they call for immediate reprocessing?

That is beyond unacceptable. I've had my own horror stories with this company. They never cease to amaze me. I'm sorry for your experience. I don't know how I could even deal with CCare after that. I would be too mad for words. I hope they can 'figure out' how to fix it for ya.
 
Anyone had a situation where you got an email from TMO saying it shipped, TMO status update to shipped, but UPS still has "ready for pickup" but no origin scan, yet still got it next day? I'd mega like to have it today, but the lack of an origin scan seems to suggest no. Anyone gotten their phone before their origin scan?

Should also mention that TMO sent me an email about sending my devices back in, including the due date of 10/29 (suggests they expect delivery today, seems to me) and UPS showing estimated delivery date of today...

Here's hoping that the system is just slow on the entry of the origin scan.

Totally common to have all kinds of delays in updating tracking info. There have been times I've gotten a package from UPS before I even got the tracking info posted on the website. It's close for ya either way! :)
 
So my regular order screen disappeared and was replaced with this. Anyone else have the same issue? Ordered a 128GB Silver 7+ with ESD 10/25-11/11 and today is the first day that it isn't showing that.

Actually, I called T-Mobile this morning and I got a really nice guy named Eric who said he'll do whatever he can to help. I'm not actually mad (just a very disappointed), so I've got my hopes up that I won't need to get the executive team involved.

But I will keep your advice in mind, thank you!

I just call T-Mobile. They told me that my Jet Black iPhone 7 Plus is OUT................................................of stock. crap!

It's always out of stock on their computers. I would not worry about it. One rep told me my phone was back ordered and the next day I got a shipping notice. It depends on the shipments coming in
 
My phone is on My UPS ready for UPS..... I'm hoping for it before the weekend... If not, monday is ok I guesssss I have too much homework to do anyway

Will UPS leave this at my door if I'm not home traditionally? Has anyone had theirs left without being home? If I'm not home and it doesn't get delivered, am I able to pick it up tonight at the UPS warehouse?
