Hey guys, got a great story for you.
Last Friday, Chase blocked T-Mobile from charging me claiming it was "fraud". I immediately responded to Chase and then called T-Mobile within minutes to make sure they could reprocess my card. Updated it and everything. I was told I'd lose my place in line, even though others told me this wasn't true.
Today, almost a week later...
T-Mobile simply cancelled my order.
Thanks T-Mobile!
Now I have to call them and raise hell. I could live with my order being set back. However, simply cancelling the order without so much as a text is absolutely ridiculous, iPhone or not. Why don't they call for immediate reprocessing?
